Booking for a family holiday and ended up with two adjacent rooms allocated - they were not adjoining with a shared door. The hotel is about 1500yen taxi from the train station shin Osaka. Staff were very pleasant, one going to good lengths to sort taxis for us when we left. Breakfast wasn't included for us (a gripe I have with hotels!) so can't comment on this. The hotel itself looks very new and nice and clean. The rooms are very small, you cant really open a large suitcase anywhere. The bedding was fine. The safe fit a 15 inch computer which is not always the case in Japan. The room itself was quite loud, I dont normally get bothered with noise, but you could regularly hear emergency vehicles up the Main Street. The hotel is great in that literally down the stairs next door is a subway, minamimorimachi which gets you most everywhere (buy a day pass on the subway for 600-800 yen). As a family, I walked the 350 meters to the coin laundromat around the corner, 60 mins wash and dry and no detergent needed meant I could keep the kids fresh! If I stayed again with two rooms, Id get the rooms on opposite sides of the hall directly opposite, would be much easier.

Dear Nathan, Thank you for staying at Premier Hotel-CABIN-Osaka. It was our pleasure that you have chosen our hotel as your home away from home on celebrating the holiday season. Our hotel doesn't have an adjoining shared door. However, you booked for adjoining room plan so this means 2 rooms are sure to be next to each. I sincerely apologize for having caused any confusion. Our hotel opened in April 2017, so our rooms and facilities are in great condition. I am sorry the Double Room was too small. The Deluxe Twin room, which is 8 square meters bigger than the Double, perhaps would have been better for you. I am happy to hear, that one of our staff was able to assist you as guest comfort and satifscation is our top priority. Additionally, I am sorry about the street noise at night during your stay. Though our rooms are equipped with sound-reducing windows, unfortunately sometimes it is not enough. If you are able to return to Osaka, we hope we can welcome you back again in the future.∙ Thank you for kindly taking the time to write this review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Roselle Front Reception

Beautiful hotel with luxury touches
Great bed with large bathroom
Excellent store across road with great food options-KOHYO Supermarket
Train located literally 20 metres across the street.
Mall located a few streets in front of it. Excellent little gifts located there-handkerchiefs that you would pay double for in Kyoto. Also good food options.
2 bottles of water per day complimentary.
We had buffet breakfast one morning and it was lovely.
Only downside would be that you need to get a few trains from Shin-Osaka if you are coming in from there. We came in from Tokyo so I think we had to change twice but once you are used to it is fine. Also if you make a mistake, trains run very regularly (every 2 minutes).
We felt like we were coming home every time we arrived back from a day out.
Thank you Premier Hotel Cabin Osaka. It was really lovely :)

Thank you for staying at Premier Hotel CABIN Osaka. We are glad to hear you had a wonderful stay with us. Although we are not in a downtown, there are lots of convenience stores, suparmarket and a shopping street nearby. Especially the shopping street has lots of restaurants inside, so you would not have any trouble with finding places to eat. From Shin-Osaka station, we reccomend you to take a taxi to our hotel because it will be easier and they will charge only around 1000 yen. If you have any chance to visit Osaka, please choose our hotel again. Thank you for your kind feedback. Premier Hotel CABIN Osaka K. Inoue Front reception

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. With English-speaking, kind staff, and a lovely hotel room, we couldn't have asked for more. For those who wish to know, the beds are quite hard but still comfortable. The room had a bath, TV, and things like a hairdryer, shoe brush, kettle, mini fridge, airconditioning/heater, and a safe :). The temma station and umeda station are only 10-15 min walk, but there is also a metro stop under the hotel, although that is not part of the Osaka loop line which takes you to Kansai airport. There is also a 7/11 under the hotel, and a family market across the street.

What a lovely hotel - super friendly check-in, clean & comfortable rooms, nice large bathroom, excellent location next to the subway and across the road from a great supermarket. As a family of 4 adults we had 2 adjacent good sized rooms.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast with many delicious Japanese & western options.
We look forward to staying again :)

Excellent value for money hotel with a metro station outside and is close to Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street, the longest Arcade in Japan.
The rooms, while not large are clean and comfortable. Has a western style shower. The Cabin President offers a good standard Japanese breakfast. There is a microwave available on each floor and on the 3rd floor there are laundry facilities. Nice coffee shop in the lobby.

A modern and clean hotel, centrally located in Osaka, one stop away from the Central train station on the metro. I was upgraded to “premier” status which included complimentary drinks and snacks in the Premier Lounge. Excellent amenities, helpful staff, free WiFi and comfortable bed. The only downside was the lack of English language channels on the TV.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are comfortable and clean though they are small. Breakfast spread is good and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is right next to Minami Morimachi station which makes connectivity in Osaka easy. Also has a 7/11 shop next door for basics. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for a short and comfortable stay at Osaka.

Very clean hotel situated on a convenient subway subway station, maybe 10-15 mins away from any downtown tourist site and a direct line to Dotonbori. Breakfast was the best that I had in Japan. I would recommend for sure. Not much happening around the location, but the location is key.

Friendly staff and very clean cosy room. Queen bed was nice and big... Bathroom had a good shower... Heated toilet and heated spotlight too!

7-eleven almost directly outside and super kohyo supermarket across the road... 2 streets down from shopping street!

Take exit 2 from the subway and should be 20m to your right.

Of note... And this is the case with most subway stations in Osaka... No escalator or lift to the surface... So be prepared to carry luggage :)

Highly recommended stay

Thank you for staying at Premier Hotel CABIN Osaka. We are glad to hear you had a nice stay at our hotel. Our hotel is relativery new, so we clean and new facilities inside the room. Also, there is a shopping street that you can enjoy lots of Japanese cuisine. Becuase there is no elevator at the exit 2, there is one at the JR Osaka Tenmangu Station which is connected to the subway. If you have any chance to visit Osaka, please choose our hotel again. We stayed in this hotel during business trip, it is new comfortable place located really clouse to metro station Minamimorimaci (exit 2 leads to hotel) and shopping streets. Twin rooms are big enough but single rooms are kinda small. Breakfast is Europeans mixed with Asian. Wifi signal is strong. The only thing we were not comfortable with was the traffic sounds even through closed windows. But in general we do enjoyed our stay and we happy about our chiose of hotel.

Not cheap. Around 6000 yen. We flew in kind of late at night with lots of luggage so we decided to take taxi. Another option is to take limousine bus to Hotel New Hankyu, 650 yen per person then transfer taxi to hotel for around 1000 yen.
