I stayed at Hotel Trusty Shinsaibashi in 2016/4. This hotel is European style and located at the central of "Minami(South area of Osaka)". It takes 5mins on foot from Shinsaibashi station. There are many restaurants and shops. Also shopping street is very near. Room is large and clean. I felt so so comfortable when i stayed.

When arrive at the hotel, feel great about its entrance and lobby but once reach the room feel disappointed, everything in the room looks old especially the bed. Bed linen is yellowish, mattress very old like have been using since long long time ago made me itchy when sleeping. No view at all, window just against the wall of another... More

It's nice hotel & convenience location. Right in the heart of the shopping area. It's the best place to wondering around. So many things to do & lots of good restaurants. Love the fresh udon place. Have to try the king crab restaurant. The ice cream parlor is worth the wait and many more. All within walking distance.

Like many Japanese Hotels aims for that European look. Rooms average size for Japan Hotel (small for us) but very clean and great location for shopping in Shinsaibashi. Easy covered 15 min walk to Namba Central station.

The first impression as you walk up to the hotel is 'WOW, I'm staying here?!' The foyer was all class and the staff very friendly and helpful. One small note is that they don't really have a concierge facility - so you can't book tours etc through them - but they give you all the information they can to the... More

The hotel we found was in a great location near to shopping areas and Dotonbori. Lots of great options to eat and shop. The hotel itself looked impressive from the outside but inside was a little outdated and dark. I'd requested connecting rooms and it was very cramped for our family of 5. I would stay again if they gave... More

I stay in this hotel for 5 nights. Very convenient location, 3 mins walk to the major shopping district of shinsaibashi. 2 minutes walk to Tokyu Hands and Railway station, Lawson is just opposite. 5 minutes walk to Uniqlo. Really great location for shopaholic. There are wide choice of restaurants and cafes around. Would recommend a ramen shop just around... More

the hotel is located practically right next to the famous shinsaibashi shopping street which was very convenient. the train station's exit closest to this hotel has an elevator (very handy when you are dragging huge suitcases) and the staff were friendly and helpful :)

The hotel is located next to the Shinsaibashi Shopping area , and also close to the railway station. The rooms are a bit bigger then normaly in Japan.Only the rooms on the side of the Church next door look against a blind wall. The breakfast buffet is good and complete , even a decent cup of Coffee. The staff is... More

“For non-smokers, confirm with the staff that the room you reserved is non-smoking. Also, if you don't mind paying extra, the rooms with a twin bed can provide a bit more room (the rooms with a double are about the same size as the single and really cramped for two people and their luggage).”
