This hotel is located near the Chinese consulate in Osaka and therefore provides an excellent location if you are obtaining a 24 hour visa. The facilities are clean, the staff are helpful and speak English, and convenience stores or restaurants are plentiful in the area. Highly recommended for business travel.

We had a nice stay in this hotel although beds were hard as a rock. The hotel is situated beside the subway and there was an awesome restaurant on the corner of the street were you could eat and drink beer for cheap, a hotspot with the locals. The hotel has an Onsen which was a nice and is situated on the top floor, they were never busy so you got to enjoy in peace and quiet. Breakfast is Japanese style but offer bread rolls, eggs and chips so you will get something that you can enjoy. Would recommend this hotel.

I arrived Osaka in the middle of midnight, from MANILA,.....upon arriving in hotel, they give a room which has a king size bed, I was with my nephew, come down again to request for higher floor and two standard beds, they give me at once, but I added 2,850 yen for my new request...in short the hotel is near 5 minutes walk to metro train(Awaza station),and you can go anywhere the city, the breakfast is buffet,(fresh salad selection)a lot to choose foods to have your breakfast fully satisfied, the wifi is strong, the room is not small it's not big, but it's really cleaned, mattress is good, TV AND CHANNELS ARE ACCEPTABLE 90% Japanese channels, and they supply you two bottles of drinking water, slippers, bath rub, shampoo, conditioner etch.etc, the most it's a quite place eventhoughwe are besides flyover highways, and the hotel is AFFORDABLE FOR ANYBODY.......by the way I'm thankfull for the staffs and im happy that there was a staff who is half Japanese- half Filipino, named I WAJAWA.......and thank you for you nice transparent umbrella you give, but my nephew left it in Kyuto ( unhappy)when we are waiting for our bullet train going to Tokyo.thank you for your hospitality.looking forward for my next visit to Japan.

I chose here just by price, but it's more than I expected.
The best parts of this hotel are 'free' breakfast and onsen.

I enjoyed this Onsen spa very much. It's on the top floor, bright, wide and clean. Of course, no extra charge. Forget a small en suite bath, it doesn't design for use. Spa wear is in the locker in your room. Put on them and go to 14th floor. If you mind to share this Onsen with a lot of people, I recommend you to visit there in the morning. I could use a female bathroom on my own. Even on Sunday, morning time is not crowded.
Buffet Breakfast is free of charge. I was happy to eat Osaka food such as Takoyaki.

Thanks to a humidifier, I can sleep well.

My wife and I stayed here in October for one night when visiting Osaka for the Osaka Marathon. I chose the Hotel based on its very cheap price, about $US80 and its location in relation to the start of the marathon next to Osaka Castle.

We found the room to be satisfactory and suitable for our purpose. It was small by western standards but as a long term resident of Japan it was pretty much as I had expected. The bed was fine but the bathroom may be a tight squeeze for anyone around the 180cm mark.

We found the room to be too warm and were unable to regulate the temperature from inside the room and ended up sleeping with the window open.

We didnt choose the breakfast option, rather preferring to buy breakfast from the nearby convenience stores.

The Hotel is located close to the subway which makes it very convenient and is centrally located downtown.

The staff were friendly and helpful but did not speak English.

I would probably consider other Hotels in the same price category, location before choosing this Hotel again. I imagine you can find better for a similar price.

Although not in the main shopping / CBD area, it is located just steps from the subway station (3 stops to Namba with no change in lines and 2 stops to Shinsaibashi with 1 transfer), reception spoke decent English to process check-in promptly. A bottle of water or tea was offered on arrival. Room is large by Japanese standards and exceptionally clean. There is a hot bath on the top floor that is open until 2am. If you need to delay check-out past 10am, the charge is 10% per hour delay.

Ended up to this hotel with a local colleague. Rooms are very small, floors somewhat stained and wifi really poor. What made the stay reasonable was the own hot bath on the roof floor and nice personnel with very limited English, though. The breakfast was ok but quite limited and the breakfast room has also passed the expiry date. Sorry but before renovation I'll not get back.

Hotel is a 1 min walk from awaza subway station on the chuo line in Osaka. Change at Hammochi and you are in the center of Osaka in about 10 minutes. Hotel is adequete and not very expensive. You get a 2 persons bed, wifi and a nice bathroom and amenities. Several 7/11's, lawson and cheap lunch and dining place in the are, although it might not be so nice since there are many roads outside. But for 1 or 2 nights its a perfect location to get into central Osaka fast.
