First of all, rooms are very small, definitely not the spacious ones that the photos depict, well not the one i got anyway. No room to have the suitcase open and be able to walk. We had to make room in order for our 2 suitcases to fit. We had a room with twin beds, the beds could have been...

I bought a JR 5-day Wide Pass. This is particularly useful when you check into this hotel because Kyobashi is a JR station which has direct connection to practical to most of the tourist destinations such as Kobe, Kyoto, Nara and many more. With my 5-day pass, I need not buy additional train ticket to travel to another station to...

Spacious room, and quite a good location - located within a mall, so easy to find coffee/breakfast nearby, as well as shopping. Lots of good food options nearby, too, just head to the area of town under the train bridge.

The room was clear. not far from famous must visiting places. just in front of JR and metro station so the moving to other towns and places was an easy as possible ( with strollers:) ). Surely I can recommend this hotel for staying. Only one point the room size was really small but in our case we travel with...

A very good hotel: good size rooms for Japan and great bathroom in top location minutes from train station on main loop. Staff have been very welcoming and helpful, holding our luggage for hours when we arrived early, then taking it to our room even when we came back from exploring late. Hotel starts on level 7, above a good...

We stayed only 2 nights here but the location couldn't have been better. Attached to the Shin-Osaka station pretty much and literally surrounded by HUNDREDS of amazing little places to eat and a shopping area! Food types for everyone. The rooms are standard for Japan but in good shape and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Loved the area...

Just returned from a trip of 3 nights' stay. As mentioned by fellow travellers, you can't fault the location, probably the best you can do with a hotel at this budget. All the ladies at the reception we encountered spoke good English and we have no difficulties whatsoever with check-in, check-out and collection of keys everyday we returned. Sleeping quality...

We arrived a little too early for check in, so we asked to leave our bags at reception. No problem, of course. When we arrived back later, our bags had been taken up to our room for us, such a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were gorgeous and there was a vending machine with beer in it...

The location of the hotel is great, room is clean and the room can see on osaka castle. The only disappointed is the receptionist of the hotel, she is RUDE!!! I will comment her as the worst hotel receptionist I had ever met in my life! (Note: I traveled to USA, Canada, England, Europe, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, China,...

Hotel is located on the 7th floor upwards INSIDE the Keihan Mall and above the Kyobashi station. There is another hotel (not sure if it is an annex or love hotel) of the same name (Keihan Hotel) across the street on ground level. Lots of restaurants outside the subway station entering the mall. Location is great, one station away from...
