We stayed for one night as our flight got in late and it was ok for that, but you wouldnt want to stay for longer as it is very cosy (but not capsule cosy) and we made the mistake of booking via booking.com. We could only select 1 person for the room and sent an email saying it was 2...

Stayed in a 4 person room for 3 days. Struggled to find it using our free JR Pass and the room itself was tiny with 2 beds filling most of the room. Beds were like bricks to sleep on and aircon was pretty poor. The shower had no curtain so water went everywhere. Upside water was plentiful and hot and...

I have to start by saying that this place is merely OK. The room was OK, the location was OK, but the staff made the big negative difference. If there was a way that they could get an extra yen out of your pocket they will. I had the feeling that if they could have charged you for wear and...

The lobby is located at the second floor, but there's a small elevator on the right of the entrance. There's a restaurant at the 2nd floor, but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The room is actually not small, but the layout makes it very tiny amd inconvenient, there're two parts-one entrance area equipped with tiny kitchen, shower...

We were traveling in a group of 18. Hotel was kind enough to allocate all our 9 rooms on the same floor. Welcome drinks at lobby was refreshing. We didn't purchase the hotel's breakfast as it was a conservative western spread. We opted to eat our breakfasts at the local cafes nearby. We booked their double rooms and the double...

Along the main road, so it's easy to locate. there's a grocery downstairs and near the hotel where you can buy stuff you'll need. We stayed in this hotel for 8 days and I actually loved the place. The staff were friendly, helped us a lot with the directions around Osaka. They have coffee and lemon water available for the...

Seriously pokey room. Awful bathroom and a toilet that has carpet and smells like a public toilet. Note to self to not trust TripAdvisor reviews. I find it seriously hard to believe that the reviews are for the same hotel. My husband is just over 6ft and the beds are tiny and swamp our tiny room. If we weren't travelling...

We stayed with our kid for 6 nights at this hotel in Daikokucho Station which is close to busy Namba. It is located 5 minutes walk from Daikokucho Station Exit 1 with Convenience Store on G/F. It is also close to two supermarkets (one is even 24hrs) so you can get all you need during your stay. The check-in was...

The room was bigger than I thought, however the bed was slighty smaller than queen size bed. So for a guy over 6 ft. might find it difficult to sleep in. The hotel also provides onsen for all customers. Also there is laundry room. The staffs are very friendly. There is an 24/7 minimart near the hotel. Walking distance to...

Even though not all the staff speaks much English, they were all very helpful. We stayed 6 nights. On the third night our toilet overflowed so she quickly got us another room and even helped move our things. The Family Mart downstairs is soooo convenient and there is a Life grocery store nearby. Just a couple blocks away is a...
