Staffs are nice and helpful. Room though small but are very clean and comfortable bed. Their Japanese style breakfast taste good. Location is just beside the shopping mall and near to station. We have a great time shopping and eating.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I would describe it as 'ok'. Pros - the location is very good. It's quite clean. Cons - the room is very small. It's clean but dated, the room smelt of wet towels and everything looked quite old. If this hotel had been a bargain price we wouldn't have minded but it... More

It's very close for convenience store, Shopping mall and Shopping Street. Take 10 mins to Dotonburi by walk. It's very comfortable to transpoting, shopping, eating, hangout. Room is very clean. Take Shinsaibashi Station by 5 minutes walk.

We traveled to Osaka, Japan last September 4 - 8, 2016. We initially had a difficult time locating the hotel. We arrived at the Shinsaibashi station at around 9 in the evening and were getting lost in the streets of Shinsaibashi. We asked a girl for directions and she was kind enough to search for the hotel in her smartphone... More

Very decent hotel. Staff spoke good english, very polite and willing to help- lots of maps etc available. The location is perfect, around the corner from main shopping and eating areas. The subway station is also just a few minutes walk. The room and bathroom is relatively small, but certainly enough for two people. Breakfast is included- rather limited choice... More

Like we say, it did the job! Well situated and polite staff. Room small and very small if you come from North America! Everything in the room works well. Small bathroom with good water pressure. Our window frosted, so it is like no window!! Despite the fact that we were in the city action we did not hear any noise... More

It' a decent budget hotel with comfortable rooms, though very small. Located just moments from the Shinsaibashi subway and practically within the famous mall complex that seems to stretch the length of the city. The check-in staff were the least welcoming I have found in Japan... so much so I found myself asking if I'd committed some oblivious cultural faux-pas... More

Hotel is nicely located in a walking distance to a big transportation hub in Shinbashi District. Very nice staff. Room was clean, spacious, with a private legs massager. WHat a treat! Rooms on higher floors have beautiful view. AC system works silently. Check-in and check-out very went very smoothly. The only thing I did not like was BREAKFAST. I spent... More

Great location for exploring Osaka - especially if you like shopping. Location is excellent for places to eat and visiting. Rooms were compact but very clean and well laid out. Great for a few days. Breakfast was good. Service was good.

Booked there for 3 nights. It was beside the shinsaibashi shopping street. Nearest subway is the Midosouji line. Its a 5 minute walk towards the subway. But around 10 mins walk to dotonbori. Rooms were comfortable and has a Foot massager inside, perfect for those tired feet! Breakfast was ok, grilled salmon, vegetable, hasbrowns, noodlea, bread, etc. And it was... More
