We stayed there for 5 nights with complete satisfaction. Forget about fancy decoration with gym or swimming pool, as a budget hotel, they provide you the best experience.

The hotel is in an absolute fantastic location.
A very very short walk to one of the main subway lines, close walk to massive shopping and eating districts.

This quaint hotel is right smack in the middle of the Shinsaibashi and right beside the shopping street. There's a Starbucks at the corner and a Family Mart and Lawson a few steps down. It's also very near Tokyu Hands and the Shinsaibashi station.
Situated nearly in almost the must-see places in Osaka, Hotel Villa Fontaine is probably the most comfortable and accessible place to stay in. It’s a 5-7minute walk from Dotombori, a minute away from Tokyu Hands, and a stone’s throw away from Crysta.
We stayed here for 4 nights in Oct.

When I stayed in this hotel they were very unhelpful when it came to a late checkout, my flight was at 12 at night and they would not allow us to stay in the room 1 minute past 11am, the receptionist was banging on our door and phoning our room at 11am sharp although we had already told them at breakfast time our flight was at 12 that night. only way to avoid this is to book the room for another night which I would recommend doing just to have some peace on your last day.
