The three of us shared a room with single beds for each. Room was small with just barely enough space to get our suitcases in but Japan does compact so was not unduly surprised. Clean and tidy with wi-fi, air-conditioning and tea/coffee maker. Staff helpful and polite and spoke enough english to get by with. Gets noisy at night when...

I stayed here a few nights in June 2012 and it was a good value for the money. It's right on the edge of a red light district, (really, more like a few blocks of a side street than a "district"), but as a foreigner (or "gaijan" in Japanese), I was completely ignored by everyone so it wasn't a big...

The hotel is a little difficult to find so make sure to print maps out and mark the route to take. If you see Yodobashi Camera, you're going the wrong direction. The hotel is located along a shopping street called Hankyu Higashi Dori so there's tons of small restaurants to eat at up until very late. The hotel staff is...

At first, I wasn't sure what to think because the area seemed "different." I started to notice that the area seemed very red light and with a name like Hotel Kinki, I assumed it was not the place for me to stay as a female since I wasn't sure if I was in a safe area. However, it was getting...

This hotel is fantastic value for anyone visiting Osaka, especially those wanting to stay a few nights. We had a king double room, which had a very modern and clean bathroom with more than enough room. The bedding was 2 king single pushed together and was plenty big enough. The room also had a corner desk, small fridge and tv....

I have stay for 7 nights here to enjoy the discount as well as my center transit to Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara. The room is clean but the toilet is very very small as expected. No problem with that. Please spend 20minutes for your first day check in as you will get lost at Osaka station.

We had the western room and it was a very clean and nice room. The staff was very friendly and very very helpful. The hotel is a little difficult to find so make sure you print off very detailed maps to help you find it unless you take a taxi. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for a few nights as part of a whirlwind trip to Japan in December 2011. The rooms are quite small (as they are in Japan). Double bed is quite small but typical for Japan and the room isn't the biggest. There are the usual things like fridge, TV etc. The biggest challenge was the bathroom which is absolutely...
