We only had one day and night in Kyoto and wanted to experience some traditional Japanese lodging. The reviews of Fujiya Ryokan were good so we booked it online.

Fujiya ryokan is located about 5mins walk from Kyoto station. Turn right when you see family Mart convenient store and turn left into a small alley (when you see a Japanese resto), walk for 2 mins and you will be there!
