Quiet relaxing onsen hotel, nice staffs and very hospitable. Food was delicious and was served in restaurant instead of own room which I prefer. It doesn't have open air onsen but you can use Tocen Goshoboh's. It has it's own private room for onsen thou....More
The staff at the onsen was terrific. The check in person was so friendly, polite and accommodating. She didn't speak English but we understood each other enough when she showed us around. She has some English printouts and takes you to your room& shows you...More

I have a few questions:
1. Is there a shuttle from the JR train station to the hotel? If not, what is the best way to get to the hotel?
2. Is the hotel in walking distance (10-15 minutes) of small stores, places to eat? public transportation>
3. Does the room rate include the kaiseki dinner? If not, how much is the cost of dinner? breakfast?
