The staff are very friendly. I called the hotel to pick us from the station. The room was nice and also the food! They also let you chosen the type of pillow that you want. Great place, I definitely come back here again.

I think the menu is seasonal. There might be only a few slice of kobe beef in the course. Overall it’s a course menu with a very good presentation. If you want to have Kobe beef, I suggest any restaurant near Sannomiya... More
