After a week in Toyko we walked into our lovely Castle view room and were extremely impressed. 160 yen 5-10 minute tram or bus ride from train station and one block walk to Hotel. We had booked a deluxe room with view and are not disappointed the panoramic view is amazing! Room amenities excellent. In fact we are so impressed...

This was a really lovely hotel with great views from the higher levels (we were on the 24th floor). Superb location. Excellent English was spoken by the ladies on reception, but the men working at night were very difficult to communicate with, although they were friendly.

What a great hotel! When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a small army of English speaking staff, who checked us in effortlessly and quickly, and took us and our luggage up to our room. The room was fantastic: quite large, even by western standards, comfortable, clean, very quiet, with a large bathroom, large comfy beds, ice cold air...

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the hotel. Clean and comfortable and oh so close to the peace memorial..a grisly reminder of man's inhumanity to man. Disliked lugging our luggage to our rooms, especially as we had a bunch of senior citizens in our group. The least they could have done is let the bus come to the porch. The breakfast was...

My stay at the Rihga Royal was short but sweet. There are few establishments I will give a 5, because there is room for improvement, but the Rihga Royal was great. Not even 1 suggestion. I was able to find a Hiroshima style Okinomiaki restaurant close and went to the Piece Park.

From the moment we arrived at Hiroshima station and got into a taxi, we had only good things to hear about this hotel. Our cab driver, with his three word knowledge of English, managed to convey to us that we could not have made a better choice. Arriving at the hotel, you are greeted by a cavernous lobby, with reception...

The view from the top floors facing north are postcard worthy. The hotel location is incredible. The bus station to the airport is 5-7 minutes walk as are the Atom Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial park and museum. The staff is absolutely incredible.

We stayed in eight different hotels during our trip to Japan in March 2017. While other hotels may have had a few features that we liked, this hotel had it all (well, except for an onsen). It's a nice, clean, modern, Western-style hotel with impressive views in a great location. The lobby was elegantly decorated. Our room on the 21st...

Apart from the very convenient location, this is a very good hotel. Make sure you stay in a deluxe room for extra space and a great view. Excellent buffet dinner, but book at peak times. Had a drink on the top floor. The view was only marginally better than from our room, but we didn't have dinner here. Pleasant, helpful...
