1 minute walk from Odori station exit 34. We offer the simple and comfortable atmosphere as you feel the warm of Scandinavian design with it's Hokkaido taste. Interior design of rooms on the higher floor stands for "branch and leaf", it's on the middle floor stands for "trunk", and it's on the lower floor stands for "root and land".

Breakfast It was a small but necessary menu with enough to eat. Heaps of hot vegetables were available, and it was introduced to eat them dressed with salt. I tried it with chicken cachatola. Scrambled eggs were too simmery for me, so a regular dressing Not to my taste, I hung it on a salad and tried it. The potatoes themselves were sweet and delicious. There is no iced coffee.
outlet There was plenty of it in a place that was easy to use. The washroom was easy to use with plenty of room for cosmetics.
Sink There is enough room on the shelves for cosmetics and other items, and it is very easy to use. I'm clever.
Washer and dryer provided The washing machine provided in the room is drum type, so if you do a lot of washing it will take three hours to dry. It is extremely convenient to have it in the room and for this reason I have chosen this room type in this hotel.
How to deal with noise The trouble was the noise. I didn't notice it during the day, but when I tried to go to bed, I kept hearing the same mid-range rhythm as when I lifted the phone. No earplugs or headphones could block the sound, which was a problem. The cause was perceived temperature sensing in the air conditioner of mitsubishi. If you go to Adjustment → Sensation from Entry to Cut, it stops completely after a long continuous sound and only becomes an operating sound.
Amenity This method is taken at the front desk. It's useless to have rubber in a cotton bag. I wanted cotton alone because I had a separate shower cap (or swab).
Location It was during the Sapporo Beer Festa on the main street a short walk away, so we had dinner there. Even though it was held for a long time, it was very crowded. Each beer company has its own beer garden, so I sometimes go there every day. Recommended for those who go in summer.
I was generally satisfied.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was close to the train station and street car stop. Also close by is the shotengai, which was quite expansive and had a lot of food options. It is also close to Susukino area and the Nijo Market. Included inside of the room was a washer/drier machine, which is a bonus for light packers.

I had a pleasant stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo, which has earned a deserving four-star rating. The hotel provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including top-notch customer service. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries.
The room, albeit on the smaller side, was well-equipped with all the required amenities and was kept clean throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also a significant advantage, situated close to many attractions and public transportation, making exploring Sapporo a breeze.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tokyu Stay Sapporo, the size of the room was the only aspect that could use improvement. Despite this minor issue, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location.

Modern and new hotel, quite near most attractions, only a few blocks from TV tower, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Sapporo Clock tower etc. Convenient. House keeping tags needs a bit cautious to use, nonetheless they do not make up bed. We stayed 3 nights. You get clean towers and trash thrown away at most. Plus points, mini kitchenette with hot plate, plates and cutlery, esp. a washing machine with dryer function in room. Almost a small studio, just the room is very tiny like in Tokyo.

Location: Even though it is located just outside Exit 34 of Odori station, it was rather difficult to navigate through the various underpasses connecting the basements of the commercial buildings to Exit 34 with luggages in toll. The easiest way is to Exit to Odori Park and make your way to the Sapporo clock tower. The hotel is just a street away. There is a Lawson just round the corner of the hotel.
Service: Front desk staff was polite and spoke decent English. They were helpful in answering our queries and would always greet guests when they enter/exit the lobby. The other non front desk staff might not be able to speak English but they are still helpful and will do their best to assist the guests.
Room: We stayed in a triple room hence it came with a small kitchenette. Induction hotplate, a pot and various utensils are provided. The room is a tad small for a triple bedder hence we had some difficulty in opening our luggages.. The bathroom and toilet are located separately. There is even a washer/dryer located in the room which came in handy.

Stayed here for 5 days in April, and this place has no housekeeping and cleaning service. I was not told in any of the platforms that there were no hotel housekeeping services at all, prior to arrival. It is upon check in that the hotel staff tells me that they operate like AirBnB and gives no cleaning service. No wonder the toilet smells of urine and uncleaned when I arrived. I had to clean it myself to get rid of the urine smell. Found out later that it is also a similar situation in their sister hotel on Sapporo Odori. Mind you, we stayed in both hotels during our trip and both had the same urine problem.
Another awful thing was the parking. this place has limited parking and the allocation is dependent upon the front desk staff. The staff was not helpful when asked for parking 2 days prior to getting my rental car. I tried to book earlier but the young lady pretended not to speak English and refused to give me. She told me I have to come back on the same day itself when I get my car. And when I got my car, they told me that the parking is already full. Why can’t they allow me to pre book and pay for it when I needed it most, and if they have no intention of giving rented cars a parking, please tell me earlier when I enquired. Also, I suspect the allocation system is flawed and is as per the whims and fancy of the front staff, and not on first come first serve basis as what I had been told. If it was first come first served, they would have given me the parking 2 days beforehand. All in all, this place gave me a bad experience.

Rooms are compact and clean. The tub is a little bigger. There are also dryers and a typical of snow country. Breakfast is compact, but there's plenty of salads, and it's very good and delicious, with pumpkin soup, miso soup, scallop gratin, zangi and curry. Your next business trip will be decided here

Easy to get to Hotel from New Chitose Airport by way of a JR train to Sapporo Station (just follow the signs to JR trains) then get another train on the Nanboku Line and take one stop to Odori Station and walk a shortish distance to Exit 34 and turn right out of the stairs and the hotel is 30 seconds away. You can also walk from Sapporo Station to the Hotel via the underground which is easy to do even with suitcases and takes about 30 minutes. Reception were efficient and always helpful. Free coffee machine in foyer was a bonus. Rooms small but adequate for a 2 night stay with a washer/dryer in room.

It is located close to Exit 34 of Odori Station (Exit 34 is the closest if you take the Toho Line from Sapporo Station). Three subway lines run through the hotel, so you can get to most places without having to transfer. It was a perfect hotel for a long stay, with a mini kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, and even a washing machine. The twin room was very spacious for two people. It was also nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. It was 2-3 minutes to Nijo Market and Tanukikoji, 5 minutes to the TV Tower, and 10 minutes walking distance to Odori Park. It was actually faster to walk than to take the subway. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby. I stayed here for four nights, but there was no inconvenience as Mitsukoshi department store and convenience stores were nearby. I would like to use it again next time.

I liked this place. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. The breakfast was very good; nice mix of Western and Japanese fare to choose from. And the coffee machine in the lobby was primo. Located an easy walk to Susukino and Odori Park, and with good restaurants nearby. Oh, and those washing machines in the room are pretty handy. Staff always helpful and nice.

Yes. In front of the main lobby but very limited abt 5 to 8 lots. But there is indoor parking at the back and just opposite the hotel. Open public parking. You csn drop your luggages then park. 1 min walk only.
HI.There is no elevator at Exit 34. The elevator in a large bookstore called “Junkudo” adjacent to Exit 34 leads to the underground passage. I think there is an elevator from the second floor to the first floor of the bookstore. 2 minutes walk from there.
There are more places to choose from in the Sapporo area.
