Thank you for four days in this hotel.
In a good location, 1 minute walk from Odori station exit 3
Located right in front of Odori Park, you can enjoy Sapporo’s food
Our base is in a very convenient location.

The museum is open to Scandinavian design and Gutai art,
A luxury space with Odori Park on the top floor
The best part is the public bath with a view.

Breakfast is served at the Italian restaurant Il Canti.

The bill is about 19,800 yen for three singles nights.
The hotel service was good and I was satisfied.

Facing the main street, it is easy to access subways and trams. The bus to the airport also stopped right in front of us, so the transportation was very convenient. The public bath was also attached, which soothed my tired body.
The unfortunate thing was that I was worried about the smell of cigarettes on the floor where there was a smoking room, even though it was non-smoking, although I couldn't help it because I was staying single cheaply this time. It was kind of awkward, as I ran into him in his indoor clothes on my way home from the public bath, as if he was fully booked. I wish I had a little more consideration.

I chose this because it has the bath and being on the park should have been a nice extra. I booked a western japanese room to get extra space and a park view. However our room was on the 2nd floor so we couldn't really enjoy a park view on top of having to keep shades closed so passersby would not see in. Despite being on the 2nd floor right on a busy street, surprisingly it was not noisy overnight. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants in Susukino area and the Nijo seafood market. Also the airport bus picks up right outside the hotel entrance. Breakfast was better than I expected and didn't get super crowded, the dining room is small. They do scrambled eggs very well, and there was Japanese options and a pasta choice. The bath never got too crowded either. The laundry soap (100yen) is separate (does not auto-dispense soap in the wash). I requested a dinner reservation prior to arrival but they said they wouldn't do it, which annoyed me enough that I considered changing hotels. At check-in, I heard the staff offer to make dinner reservation for someone, so who knows what their policy is.

The location and value for money are well balanced, so I recommend it. It's also easily accessible from the bus stop and subway, so if you're unsure where to stay, I think you'll be very satisfied even if you choose this hotel. If it had a full range of amenities and a humidifier, I'd be happy to use it again when I travel to Sapporo.

Since it was late December, I was worried about the roads freezing, so I looked for a hotel close to the station. It was a one-minute walk from Odori Station, and the airport bus stopped in front of the hotel, so I was able to minimize the risk of falling. I was guided to a women's floor, and the room was spacious and clean. The large public bath was also comfortable.

When I returned to the room in the evening on the first day of check-in, the door was open and someone tried to enter the room. My wife was changing clothes at the time, so I panicked, but the chain was on, so I was saved. I immediately contacted the front desk. The front desk said, "I'm sorry." Then, when I came back at night and tried to enter the room, the key wouldn't open, so I went to the front desk. Another staff member said, "We changed the key because we had a double booking with another person." When I asked, "What? Where's the new key?", he gave me a new key. Or rather, I wish they had said, "I'm sorry, but the key has been changed, so please use the new key." The next day, the manager apologized, saying, "I'm sorry." To be honest, I thought, "What? That's all?" Not once, but twice. And just apologizing? There were many other ways to show sincerity. The location is nice, it's clean, and the hotel itself is good, but the service was terrible.

The hotel is a near Odori Station Exit 3 and is facing Odori Park this is an advantage. It’s located in the middle of the city and very accessible to all tourist destinations in Sapporo.

We had the best experience in Sapporo which was complemented by the hotel.

It’s highly recommended and will definitely go back.

Really glad to choose this hotel since we re never been to sapporo. The Bus Stop from Chitose Airport area just in front of this hotel! No issue with the check in process, really quick and the staffs are friendly and helpful to bring our luggage to room (2 huge luggage)

Room are quote spacious and directly facing odori park (722), bed are huge and comfy. we really love the onsen bathroom, since we arrived at night and quite cold outside (around 1 C) so the hot onsen bathroom are real deal!

Location quite strategic, easy to reach minimarket just 2 minutes walking and near susukino area where we can find many restaurant and shopping center just 5 minutes walking.

Looking forward to visit here again!

Visited the Sapporo Snow Festival for the first time and this was the IDEAL location! Not only right on Odori Park where so many of the exhibits and sculptures were, it provided a wonderful venue to sneak back in and warm up when it got too cold out. Additionally the onsen (although not huge) was wonderfully warm, clean, bright and a great place to come and warm up. The streets were cleared of ice, the staff impeccable and customer service some of the best! The location is ideal on subway, bus and train lines. Very easy to get around and the staff was simply marvelous. Very happy with my stay here!

Fantastic from check in to check out.
Right outside of Airport bus stop.
Onsen/ Spa at rooftop is, of course 2 thumbs up.
Openable windows in the room which is something some Japanese hotels do not offer. So THAT was a G-D sent to get fresh air.
