We booked one room for three adults and were given a nice room with one double bed and a rollaway bed suitable for a child. Upon sitting on the extra bed, it completely collapsed! We went down to the desk to explain our problem and the manager didn't understand that the bed was too small. He took us to a...

Conveniently in the downtown area that earns a five star rating. Breakfast buffets have something for everyone and then some -- both Western and Chinese. Food and fruits are fresh. A nice garden on the back side ... take walk around and then go out the back gate to a beautiful, classical park/garden with all the key elements of rocks,...

Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were hard but that was expected. The breakfast buffet was very impressive and beyond expectations. Unfortunatly there is no Wi-Fi in the guest rooms just the lobby. Our room was at the front of the hotel and very noisy. There is a bus stop right out front and it seemed as if...

This hotel is amazingly impressive on entry, very grand in a run down city. Staff very friendly, room comfortable, breakfast good & nice coffee bar. Near to attractions but be carful crossing road as no one cares. Try out the dumpling buffet on the top floor of the De Fa Chang restaurant near in the Muslim quarter next to Starbucks....

The Grand Noble was comfortable and convenient. It boasted the usual array of amenities for a hotel in this price range. The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel is within easy distance of most of the tourist spots in Xian. The only downside was that the air conditioning was set very high and no amount of coaxing the controls...

Really impressed by this hotel. Room was fantastic with everything you could possibly require. A beautiful bathroom with shower and separate bath. The breakfast was superb and meals in the small restaurant very reasonably priced. The staff couldn't have been more courteous or helpful especially pointing out the 2 for 1 on bottles of wine in the bar!! Spoiled us...

The hotel is just ok for the very low price we paid for it, but I wouldn't stay there again, since the rooms are very small and absolutely need refurbishment. The carpets need replacement and teh shower is tiny and old, with water leaking to the room floor.

The Grand Nobel Xian is a good hotel, however its is just that, good. It didn't excel in much apart from its superb location within minutes of shopping, Bell and Drum towers, subway station, eateries and the lobby was quite grand and extremely well maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable but outdated. It seems as though the room was approaching...

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Noble Xian as part of a China tour organized by China Odyssey Tours. As with previous reviewers, we found the Grand Noble to be an excellent hotel and highly recommend it. The positives are almost too numerous to list, but here goes: - Excellent location in the heart of Xian. You can...
