Very limited English but staff try hard to offer any service. Rooms are very comfortable, with all conveniences including pajamas :-). One or two English TV stations. Next to atmospheric Muslim quarter with street food and noodle shops. Walk through Muslim Quarter to reach drum tower. Nearby Lianhu Park is nice for a walk and people-watching, roller skating rink. Short,...

Stayed here last year and was keen to repeat the experience leading a group of 8. Arrived shattered after all night train from Shanghai. Hotel had difficulty in tracing my booking until I produced paper confirmation. Also Mehood's system turned down my MasterCard! The desk manager was helpful in using his phone to connect with my bank in the UK...

When my reservation in another hotel fell through because they only accept mainland Chinese I reserved this hotel. A gem. Close to the Muslim quarter. Turn left and left again and you walk straight up to the quarter where you can watch the food stands and be entertained especially at night. All the way up to the drum tower and...

Like a city may be because a person, a story, and I and small partners because the United States lived Hao, the service is really good. Prices are affordable. Greetings from every employee say they feel a good sense of happiness. Hotel new, very warm, noon, at night there are snacks, tea. 24-hour self-service laundry, what needs to play the...

From the moment of arrival I was made to feel special. The staff were exceptional, though most don't speak English (as most of the clientele were Chinese ) they made all efforts to provide an English speaking consiage. The rooms were neat ,tidy , well apointed and bigger than other hotels which charged more. A free suttle to the air...

We recently spent 2 nights at this hotel whilst visiting X'ian to see the Terracotta Warriors. The hotel is perfectly located within the city walls. Rooms were clean and comfortable (although the shower/toilet configuration was a little odd). The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help, despite not speaking a word of English. The hotel has a...

It's quite good hotel for China. Good four stars with a reasonable price. Someone coud be surprised and even annoied with a slide door at the shower/toilet. Many hotels in China don't have bathrooms WITH doors, so this hotel went in a right direction but stopped in a halfway. Free transfer from and to the airport or railway station is...

This place punches above its weight in terms of value for money and offering guests a good experience. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious for their class. The breakfast offering is formidable and changes daily. Within 150 metres is the Muslim Quarter with a massive foody offering. Xian's new Metro station is at the...

+ 5 mins to subway station; near shopping malls; within the ancient city walls; staff enormously helpful with check-in, take-away breakfast; free fruit, Wifi and drinking water. - rooms are ageing quickly, would I stay there again: nothing wrong with the place, but probably try another one next time
