The hotel looked the part and our room was ok. However it was extremely noisy from continual traffic and peeping of horns. Breakfast room looked good but food was shocking and table cloths were dirty. Don't both with toast unless you like just warmed bread as even running it through 2-3 times made no difference to the colour!! Lobby areas... More

Visited as part of a group. Good location but the usual frustrations with Chinese budget hotels. Carpets filthy, mould in bathrooms, etc etc. breakfast was absolutely terrible and the plates were dirty, definitely avoid eating there. It's ok if you just want a couple of nights in a good location for a cheap price.

After my hostel room booking fell through, I quickly organised a room here on the day for a few nights. From what i can tell I picked it up cheap ($37AUD a night) making it really good value for money, but I'm not sure I would pay the full price as indicated on Agoda though. The room was really good... The hotel is old look but in a good condition and best location near metro xian line 2 zhong lu/bell tower about 10-15 minutes walk/800 meters. Hotel lobby are pretty good but the furniture are really old. The room big enough for sleep but you must choose high floor room to prevent noisy from the busy roads near hotel and... More

This hotel is close to the attractions of Xi'An. It is typical of most hotels in China in that the beds are impossibly hard and maintenance is not high on the agenda. Staff tried to help but had very limited english but our tour guide generally came to the rescue!

Stayed here as part of Exodus trip. Hotel in good location close to the Muslim quarter with all its bazaars and Bell and Drum towers. Room good with safe and WIFI. Beds hard but that's the way they are in China ( never stops me sleeping) Breakfast poor, table cloths and cutlery dirty, and not much choice.

The hotel is fantastically placed a short stroll to the Muslim quarter, bell and drum tower, the south gate and river walk. The hotel itself however is just adequate, as it is dating the carpets, linens and curtains are rough around the edges, with many stains. The air conditioning could work better than it does, the room was hot at... More

The hotel itself and the rooms were fine, but the breakfast spoiled it all - dirty tablecloths and cutlery, every day was the same, and the food looked like it had been cooked the night before and reheated. The floor of this restaurant was very unusual, a patchwork of wood, glass, tiles, mosaics and fake grass - not very reassuring!... More

Rooms comfy, wifi in room very slow, safe works, breakfast below average with stained tablecloths, staff tries. Ok to stay here, good location for walking to cycle the wallall and night market. Also lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

We stayed here as part of a tour and therefore had no say in the hotels that were chosen. But without doubt, this hotel was the best that we encountered on the tour in China. The hotel is very conveniently located being central. It was only a short walk to both the Muslim Quarter or the Bell Tower. The hotel... More
