A big ostentatious tourist class hotel. Smelly rooms - tired decor - very much in need of refit Food is mediocre Desk staff are pleasant & friendly - the rest of the staff seem lazy & dont care about guests. Very hard to get a taxi for some reason Would not stay there a gain

There was mould outside the bathroom on the wall. The shower had so much mould that it was unusable. Fortunately there was a bath as well which I used and I was only there one night,I did not hear anyone else complain about the state of the bathroom so perhaps I was unlucky. The garden was the best feature,it was beautiful...

This is a very Big Hotel, with a lovely Foyer and Courtyard, BUT , thats it !!!!. Compared with other China Hotels -the Bedroom is small and tired,Breakfast is Poor and runs out of what limited choices they have and Location? What Location.Thankfully stayed only one night. Good news - the on-site shop sells drinks at very reasonable prices.

We arrived late and left early so can't say anything about the hotel itself. I can only speak about the room. The beds were hard but they did have a pad on it that made it comfortable. The bathroom was small and had a glass window between the bath and bedroom. There was a screen you could let down to...

We arrived after midnight following a very late flight. The check in was swift enough but we wanted a drink to relax but were told by unhelpful staff that the bar was closed even though the bar opened later when someone complained. The room was OK, functional but uninspired and the shower facilities were also OK. As we were tired...

We stayed here as part of the Sinorama package. It was not 5 star by Western standards. Beds in China are hard and this one was expecially so. The other trend that seems to be common in China is dirty carpeting. Than in itself leaves me cold and reduces the rating I would normally give. We had a view of...

This is he only hotel which we thought was not up to mark in our trip. The outside definitely needs to be updated. Inside it okay, in fact the garden in the courtyard is nice. The room is clean. Walking distance from city center.

Chinese five-star hotels can be hit or miss and this one has its share of both. This sprawling estate hotel located a little outside the city mainstream ticks some of the requisite boxes but completely misses others. Once you get past the well-presented façade the lack of maintenance that characterizes so many Chinese properties makes this two-decade old hotel appear...
