We cannot compliment this hostel and the staff enough! We spent three nights in this hostel and the staff went over and above to help us book accommodation in places where English was limited, as well as bus and train travel, and rearrange some travel tickets we had already bought. The rooms were clean, the food absolutely delicious, and the...

Stayed here 2 nights, 16 & 17 May 2016. Double ensuite room. Great hostel. Room was clean and bright, bed was comfy. Food was great and plenty of it. Staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Joined in the dumpling making party on the Monday night which was great fun. Great value.

We stayed at Wada hostel for four nights in total and had a great experience. We had a private double room with ensuite bathroom. The room was clean and bright. Towels, soap and toilet paper were provided. There is a safe in the room to store valuables. The bed was so comfortable! There are water dispensers so you can refill...

I was given a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble at the Wada Hostel, Guilin! For Chinese standards the mattress was the same quality as in a 3 star hotel! I had the Full English Breakfast served with English tea and it was amazing, a taste sensation that took me back to my native country of England! Ace...

One of the friendliest staffs I have ever delt with among traveling. The hostel staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant. I really appreciate good customer service and they went above and beyond. From a refund for a poorly done excursion (that wasn't even their fault) to helping me...

Best hostel experience ever! The hostel itself is wonderful, but it's the staff that would make this 6 stars rather than 5. We're a family with 2 young children, and it's always a challenge to find housing. It's hard to find quad rooms, and I don't really want to pay for 2 doubles. Wada had a quad room that worked...

I'm a solo lady traveler and stayed three nights at Wada Hostel. I had a great time, the staff behind the counter helped me so much answering questions, and planning my trip :) I even made good friends with Alisa and Uncle who works nights; they made me feel right at home. Clean rooms, great atmosphere, plenty of space to...

Everything about staying at this hostel was great! It was located near the bus station that had buses to Yangshuo and was within walking distance to the main attractions in the city of Guilin. They had bikes for rent, organized tours, and delicious food at reasonable prices.

Great hostel to stay at in Guilin. Wada girls were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They helped us book bus tickets and arrange a tour of the Li River and setup a stay with their sister hostel in Yangshuo, when we decided to change our plans at the last minute. Rooms were really comfortable and clean and the menu was...
