Booked two rooms for a night. Prior to arrival, requested for inter-connecting rooms as one room was for my teen kids. Upon arrival, request was not processed and was given two rooms on the same floor but quite close apart so I did not pursue further. Later at night, the aircon failed in my kids' room and all the housekeeping...

We were referred to this hotel by business associates in Guangzhou but we were happy with the room quality and food options at breakfast. Not fond of Chinese breakfast we had a fair bit to choose from.

The Baiyun is a pretty good option, decent rooms with everything you need, good service and reasonably priced. Little things that were frusterating. They make you wear and buy swimming caps, it's not 1940 anymore. I'm bald what's the reason for the cap people? At the gym they include bottled water as much as you can drink. I went to...

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past. Last time was 2013 the rooms were dull and very old school. But this time I have booked a deluxe room. It was really nice renovated room modern with warm wood floors and a very nice bath room. I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely going back next time...

Excellent rooms, perfect location to Taojin Metro. There are many options for local food around the area including a handy 7-11 store and starbucks. Limited options around for Indian food though, nothing in the hotel.

This was a business trip for me; my office is nearby and the post-Canton Fair rate was good. I was upgraded to a VIP room, which opened right up into the marble bathroom with a shower stall and separate tub. The room was very large with smoked glass windows (the better to miss the pollution with!), highly effective blackout curtains,...

I stayed here recently for the Canton Fair. Its a perfect place to stay if you are in Guangzhou for the Canton Fair or for a business trip. Its centrally located and the Taojin Metro station (Exit B) which is on the red line is located right in front of the Hotel. Guangzhou East Railway Station (for Hong Kong trains)...

Rooms are nice and very clean. The rooftop pool is medium sized with sunbeds both in the sun and shade. Good breakfast with foods from allover the world at 88RMB/pp, although kids have to pay full price. Small gym but good enough.

I stayed here only for one night on work. the hotel is centrally located and quite easy to get to by the airport bus service or metro. The hotel rooms are really nice with all the amenities. lots of good options to eat in the neighborhood. The breakfast menu was excellent with a wide range of dishes. would have been...
