The service Joyce provided was very professional and attentive. She paid attention to every detail and her technique was excellent. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to come here for a relaxing spa treatment. Christine was very friendly and attentive as well. Thanks to her help, I was able to use my credits carried over from another hotel of the MO group. She made me feel very welcomed throughout the check-in and check-out process.

MO Guangzhou is a surprise. First impression was great with staff quickly recognizing me as Cantonese speaking and switched from mandarin to Cantonese immediately. The ambient of the hotel/ lobby general is great. The room is spacious. Loved the water pressure from the shower and the atelier cologne shampoo and shower gel. The few housekeeping young ladies are sensational (unfortunately I didn’t get their names otherwise I will list them all here). Very thoughtful, helping me setting the laundry hanger and iron board due to my long stay. And great attention to details, for example remembering my tea and fruit preferences and provided extra for my favourite, helping to tie up all sort of charging cables, providing mouse pad for my work station (something never been done in pennisula, rosewood, Conrad, ritz Carlton and st Regis) etc. it just feel like I’m being taken care of. Great effort in sustainability for providing glass bottle water. Gym is great with a yoga room. Pool is outdoor, finally can enjoy some sunshine vs indoor pool The only downside is the road traffic is extremely bad around the area. This service level should be a benchmark for other 5-star hotel and MO Guangzhou should be proud of your staff !

My first time at this bar, I was treated like they were my family. The environment is absolutely amazing and in my opinion, it is the best Whiskey bar in Guangzhou. The staff are very warm and kind, and knowledgeable about Whiskey. Carrie has been constantly helpful to me to explain each type of Whiskey, while Linda has been kind with her speedy and professional service, while Roddick has been very professional with his description of the bar feeling. This is an A+++ place to go, definitely check it out while you're here! This place is awesome! Carrie's Signature Cocktail is amazing, ask for it!

I always choose Mandarin Oriental in Guangzhou. Luxury, convenience, and perfect service are what come to mind when I stay here. The hotel is centrally located in Guangzhou making it easy to get around and the business lounge provides a great space (and tasty food!) to get work done in peace, away from the hustle and bustle of Guangzhou. During my last visit, I also enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness center. Finally, I can guarantee a deep sleep in their premium beds with blackout curtains.
