Very good welcome on arrival, with a very good breakfast. However, the room needs a refurbishmemt and appears worn out. Good location to the mosque and shops very central. Dont expect any turn down service and had to ask twice for room to be serviced.

This hotel is very close to Haram , though the hotel is old, its well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful and always welcoming with a smile. I would like to particularly commend Tahir Sami from the front desk for being very courteous and diligent in answering all our queries despite it being late in the evening.

We arrived at 5am in the morning, and despite near full occupancy, Mr. Abdul Saud (if i remember the name correctly) gave us early checkin. He made our stay really a memorable one. Good location! Reasonable sized rooms, a bit tired furniture though. Overall probable one of the best hotels to stay in Medina.

I had a good time, and wishing any one to come over here in Mediena Hilton. It was a great experience that I will never forget. Sight of the area was beautiful and I felt proud to follow my beliefs, definitely want to go again and take my kids with me!

I typically visit Medina twice a year, and I always stay here. A hilton deluxe plus room is a must to partly see the Haram and the prayer rows. The rooms are a bit dated, though they originally have good furniture. they are re doing all the rooms, and has finished 11-9 floors. I arrived early to catch the Friday...

Location is reasonable distance to Masjed, the hotel is old and the rooms look very tired.Bathroom a big disappointment, has horrible white shower curtains and shower in the tub.The room is cramped for a triple with no room to move.Carpets in room leave much to be desired.Very dissatisfied with the Hilton.Brand name does not live up to standard.
