Medina Marriot has one of the best staff I have seen in my travelling journeys so far. The team at the restaurant where I had my complimentary breakfast was extra sweet, caring and very professional. The manager of the venue along with the waiters were going out of the way to serve us and make our breakfast worthwhile. Additionally, the...

I booked this hotel for my mother as she went for Umrah earlier this year. She and my uncle family stayed there and got a very positive response. Shuttle service was available for masjid e Nabwi (Sallalah o Alehy Wassalam). Breakfast was good and room was very spacious.

Stayed here during a recent trip to Madinah. It is very close and easy walk to the prophets Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawī) and centrally located for a variety of food outlets and touristy shops / markets. The Reception staff are welcoming, but could do with smiling a bit more, and being a bit more customer focussed. The one outstanding person that...

This hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the haram. The shuttle works quite well going to the haram but you have to call when u want to return to the hotel. The hotel is old and this is visible. The service I always received was 5⭐️. Rooms are old and in a need of an upgrade. Beds are old...

Although rooms are comfortable and staff helpful, hotel is no way near to the Marriot standards. Prophets mosque is good 15-20 mins walk, although it looks really close in the maps. Lot of construction work going nearby, gets noisy after 8am. If you looking for a hotel to have a good nights sleep and prepared to walk 15-20 mins then...

Marriot Medina Oh well, Not a very nice hotel to stay. I agree to everyone who stated that it is no way near marriot standard. Its true, very old and shabby hotel, just ok to stay, liveable. Far from Haram , you have to walk atleast 10 minutes through small markets in order to reach GATE 6 which leads you...

We booked this hotel because we didnt have choice near by the haram as the hajj had just finished. Frankly speaking one would even tolerate the fact that it is far from the Haram due the claimed ""24 hours shuttle service"" - I wanted to go to the Haram at 3.30 am for Tahajjud prayers and asked the night before...

We stayed during Hajj 2015 (prior to Hajj in Madinah); and it was a great and memorable experience! I am a Marriott Platinum Elite, spend a great deal of time at Marriotts; this one gave me extremely personal service which I did not even expect. We were booked as a group, so, they had no way of knowing my status...

Although the hotel is neat and clean, it does not live up to the standards of marriot. Staff do not speak English nor can understand what we request from them. Not much of variety in food either. Most importantly, NO CAR PARKING FACILITY.
