From the warm welcome and quick check-in to the spotless room, this hotel delivers! Close to shopping and golf along with many choices to eat! Located off the road behind the Starbucks, the property is quietly located next to a grove of pine trees. We stopped across the street to purchase a golf pullover at Dick’s on a cooler than expected morning. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Outdoor fire pit was a popular social spot in the evenings. We will definitely return! High recommend
This hotel is modern and clean. The maid was prompt and thorough. Small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffeemaker & dishwasher. It would have gotten better rating had the vent in the bathroom ceiling been cleaned and not covered in a layer of dust!. There is also a laundry room
I am not a fan of allowing pets unless there was a predetermined wing set aside or designated pet free rooms. We were next to one that barked every morning, plus some people could be allergic to dander.
The first few nights were quiet but the last night there were quite a number of folks outside at the firepit- conversations were loud and voices carried to our 3rd floor room so we had to request the front desk ask them to keep it down (turns out there's a 10pm curfew and it was 12:30am)
Breakfast is just ok (except for the coffee which is delicious) but most hotels that offer free breakfast are not spectacular, so I wasn't surprised.
The front desk is not really up on the Marriott benefits and as a Gold Elite member they had no idea about welcome points and no upgrade was offered. If they didn't have an upgrade available they should mention it at check-in just so you know.
This TownePlace suites was a little rundown, but provided a clean bed for the night – the bathroom definitely looked as if it had seen a number of clients, and the carpet was a little stained, as was the upholstery – but it was quiet, secure, and even had a small kitchen – even still, I would highly recommend they update their stove and refrigerator to something a little bit more 19th century! 😼
We were very happy with this hotel...The room was very clean and comfortable. They have a full kitchen for you if your looking to cook. The beds were amazing. I would recommend this hotel...we were there for a funeral and they offered a special rate and book of rooms for our family
The suite was large and immaculate. All of the public areas were immaculate. The front desk ladies were very friendly. The breakfast was what you'd expect; it had everything you'd want from a hotel at this price range. Parking was plentiful. I'd definitely stay there again.
