My experience at this 3 star hotel was quite average. I was first given a room without A/C which was very warm. I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise coming from the street-and was lucky enough not to be on the other side of the hotel which is very close to a train station and even more noisy with loudspeaker announcements and trains every 5 minutes. Fortunately on the second night of my stay, I was given a room with A/C after asking reception. How can you be assigned rooms without A/C without even being asked? Besides this, the property was decent for a 3 star hotel, with average breakfast and nice staff, though it is not located within walking distance of the city centre.
Just opened in 2017 the hotel is in the development phase, so their pluses and minuses will develop later on. Right now the staff is enthusiastic and helpful, the breakfast is OK. Rooms are clean and new. The hotel is located not far from the rail way, so, people with sensitive sleep may be displeased. Because of the type of building they are fit in, they do not have the full air supply to the room with conditioning, so, winter time you may not open the window because of cold, and will smell you own air. But for people who live in simple apartments and adapted to the problems with fresh air supply it may be not dramatic.
