The hotel is conveniently located near the center. Just 10 minutes walk to the metro and Bauman street. I had a room with panoramic views of Lake Kaban and Millennium Park. The rooms and the hotel itself are clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is average. A conference for doctors for 30 people was held here. The hall is equipped with everything you need. We had two coffee breaks and lunch. Everything is tasty, enough portions. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask when entering, hand sanitizers on tables. Overall this is a good hotel.

Arrived at 2am and couldn’t check in until 4am since they said the system wasn’t working. Really bad attention in reception. We asked for help next day for migration card lost in the hotel and couldn’t help us. The room was dirty and gave us a double bed, when we ordered a room with twin beds

It's categorized as a four stars but it's more an actual three stars. Majestic building, palace-like, with spacious rooms nicely decorated, great view from the rooms in the frontside. Full service hotel. In site restaurant with regular priced tatar and russian food, opened late, 24 open bar, good breakfast buffet. Small parking area but easy parking around the corner. Very central in order to start discovering old downtown. Occasional rates very cheap for double rooms on booking portals.

A nice central located hotel, small rooms but adequate, not as clean as I would have expected and room service was a bit hit and miss in that they turned up late in the evening and seemed to just empty the bins and do nothing else. Breakfast, well if you are looking forward to chicken and rice then you will be fine, if you want eggs, bacon etc then forget it. Desk staff tried to be helpful but the language barrier created lots of issues.

beautiful building, right in the centre of the capitol of Tatarstan. Amazing views, good standards rooms and affordable prices, make this hotel a very good choice for anybody wanting to experience some luxury in the middle of Russia. Breakfast suits Russian weather and is of a wide choice to match individual needs. Evening pub has good variety of alcohol choices and food is being served until very late evening. It is possible to order food around midnight ! The only down side of the hotel, is that the sauna area is very limited. you better make an early reservation for the time spot, otherwise you are up for a disappointing surprise in the evening, when told that all slots are taken until next day after breakfast
