Perfect hotel for this price. First of all, it is veereery quite, no noise from street, no neighbors stupid noise, not noise of communications, not fridge - NOTHING. So i was very happy. Second, they are perfectly located for people who want to walk in center of the city. Third, they are really professional people - all for you, super attentive, from reception to cleaning and bodyguards. They are 100% trained, and owner takes care. Very good all works inside room, bath, all looks new and that they take care a lot. So i highly recommend!

So cozy and nice place! Small boutique hotel with nice design, comfortable rooms, location in the heart of Saint Petersburg! Hotel has onsite restaurant/pub with so tasty Russian and international food! Liked a lot the ala carte system with breakfast when you can preorder from night in advance your preferred meal. Staff is so kind, customer oriented and helpful. Any small or big request, you can feel they do everything with heart. You feel so confortabke in the property. Thanks to team in the hotel for memorable stay in Saint Petersburg and feeling so welcomed in the hotel.

This lovely boutique hotel is wonderfully located right on the doorstep of all St Petersburg's best sites. Its rich history lends a unique kind of class and charm. Breakfast in the majestic Brasserie was topnotch and their onsite gastropub offers an excellent menu for lunch or dinner with great beer on tap. Service was impeccable throughout. Outstanding value for money!

My sister and I returned yesterday from a trip to St Petersburg. We booked this hotel thinking that it looked lovely from its photos. We were not disappointed when we arrived. Not only is the hotel located in a perfect situation in St. Petersburg, it is exactly as it looks on the website. We were supposed to be a party of 3 and had booked a 4 night stay. Our father took ill on the day of travel and my sister and I had to arrive a day later. The hotel did not charge us for our fathers room, nor did they charge us for the night missed. The hotel is beautiful, just the right size and the rooms are just lovely. We were given an upgrade without even asking for it and each of us were given a complimentary bottle for wine for our rooms. The most important factor to us though was the staff. Anna, Julia, Maria and many others were superb. They helped us with so many different things and nothing was too much trouble. They were absolutely fabulous and a big thanks goes to them. Everything is right about the hotel, the ambience, the bar, the rooms and of course, the staff. The rooms do overlook the street which is very busy (as are most of the streets in the centre of St. Petersburg). But the windows are well soundproofed and it is nice to hear the city at night as far as we were concerned. It is a safe and interesting area and just off the Nevsky Prospekt with superb metro and bus links (both of which are cheap and easy to use). We cannot praise this hotel highly enough. …
