This hotel has a lot going for the visitor to St Petersburg. First - it is situated in a perfect position, literally a short walk from the Winter Palace and many other amazing sights in central St Petersburg. Second - it is not badly priced, and the rooms are lovely, perfectly clean with a high standard of bedding, seating and...

The staff was great and very helpful! They gave us a lot of good information and made our stay very nice! Their restaurant recommendations were fantastic and ate some very amazing meals thanks to them. We really liked our room and enjoyed the big bed and space that we had. The bed was so comfortable and the room so big,...

This was our first visit to St. Petersburg and we could not have felt more welcome. Really the hotel and its lovely staff meet every need. I would also suggest that the hotel is the perfect size -- big enough to offer the necessary amenities and small enough such that it seems that everybody knows who you are and seeks...

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The location is superb with the main sights such as Hermitage, Place Square, etc within walking distance (just a few minutes). The room is clean and spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed with good amenities provided. Breakfast is in the restaurant located almost next door and is delicious.

The best thing about this hotel is the location -in the heart of the city near all local, must -see attractions and museums. There was a self-served laundry mat nearby (walking distance) with a bar inside, which was pretty cool. The staff is outstanding, very friendly welcoming and answered all questions immediately. For example, I was on the train from...

Very well located (5' from the Ermitage, the Nevski Prospect, the Neva banks, 10' from Saint Isaac...), clean, small hotel ideal and extremely convenient for family trips. We went there as a family group, 17 of us, 3 generations and all age groups... it's big enough to absorb the group without causing inconvenience for other guests (also family groups as...

Our family of three stayed for 4 nights during late December. We booked a room with a sitting room/living room and a bedroom. The living room had a pull out sofa for our teenage son. We had a good amount of room and were comfortable there. Our room was on the top floor. The skylights open for fresh air. The...
