I never seen such friendly staff. They took care like Family! I stayed there only two nights but they waited for the taxi with me on the street! Every day, they baked cakes for guests and to leave without breakfast was really dangerious (-; As I wrote, the hotel was as grandmother ´s house!

Rooms very clean and large. Bathrooms spotless. Breakfast included omelettes and fresh squeezed orange juice. Cappuccinos were good and the selection of daily baked pastries were excellent. Staff were friendly and caring. This hotel is a real discovery.

This is a typical mini-hotel in St. Petersburg. However, the service was exceptional. We stayed for 9 days and were upgraded to a superior room on arrival. The bed was kingsize. We had a desk and seating area in the room, with access to a balcony. There was a mini-fridge and facilities for preparing tea in the room (we preferred... More

Our room was small but clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly; a little knowledge of Russian will come in very handy but is not necessary. The nearest metro station is a short walk away. The breakfasts and snacks were good. The Tuchkov... More

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was quite small, but adequate, and very clean. The owners were very friendly. Breakfast was good, and varied a little from day to day. I had one evening meal that was very good and wholesome for the price. A free evening snack was always available, which was good to have after a... More

Good priced hotel located in a quiet area in St Petersburg, with good transport links (a 10 minutes walk to 2 tube stations, each one in a different line). The hotel is located in a front yard, whose door needs an entry code, that was provided with my booking. Anyhow, this external door was hard to open, even with the... More
