The service is impeccable and includes lot's of smiles in entire hotel. In combination with good location, right next to the Isaac's Cathedral on more quiet side street, the hotel was serving well for our purposes. The room itself was all right, with comfortable bed and pleasant size. Coffee and tea making possibilities in the room. However, paper cups for...

As with all things in real estate, location, location, location. And the Renaissance St. Petersburg has all it needs starting with location. Perhaps not the most opulent look, especially compared to the nearby Four Seasons house in one of the many former palaces. Actually, the Renaissance is easy to miss. The service and experience were excellent from check-in to check-out....

We were told by our travel company, Travel All Russia, that this property was a 5 Star Hotel. It was obvious, when we arrived, that it was not. The Furnishings were old, soiled and worn. There was only one bellman on duty, and there were numerous steps and stairs without alternatives. Janitor supplies were left out in hallways. If you...

Very good hotel with excellent location. Nearby are: amazing palace (Ermitaz), very interesting Kunstkamera and Yusupov Palace (you have to see!) Staff in hotel very helpful and friendly. Rooms could be a little bigger, but the atmosphere in this place and the staff are fantastic

The hotel is at the center of St. Petersburg. Just around the corner from St. Isaac's Cathedral and near Neva embankment (5 mins walk). Nice and willing to help staff. Small, but clean and nice rooms with comfortable beds and neat bathrooms. Very good breakfast. Recommended for business travellers!

May be it was my bad luck of getting not the best room for that night I've stopped there. I've expected something you see at the photos provided here by hotel but it was spacious but simple room with only two beds and chair with table inside. And it was very uncosy there. Windows cannot be opened. The staff is...

Located near St Isaac cathedral and within walking distance from many monuments and sites, comfortable and with good and friendly service, this hotel deserves to be recommended. Our room was very quiet with no view. Breakfast was all right with staff ready to help to get you coffee or your order of eggs so you did not have to queue....

If you are looking for a hotel down town with excellent service, this is the one. Food at the restaurant is really good (I recommend the "Kamchatka Crab Lasagna"). The gym is modern and well equiped. I was upgraded to a junior suite (703), with view to the Cathedral, very cosy and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The best...
