The hotel is well placed at Nevski Prospect, close to the railway station and in the middle of the city. The rooms are quite big and the beds might be a little bit soft for somebody, but ok for us! Nice personal, could mostly understand English. The breakfast is quite good, with some varied foods, but I wouldn't recommend the...

Nothing nice be in this hotel! A lot better others ones more in city centre and better prices. Looks like this hotel is for old people. Even the location is not really in city centre, you should walk a lot to arrive to the main city turist attractions.

The best of the hotel is the location, 2 minutes walking from the Nevsky avenue. This is a hotel mainly occupied by tourists, where average meals are served, but always with dirty and full tables. Rooms are terrible, very old and lacking of thick curtains to protect you from sunlight. At 6.30 am the room is full of light. As...

This review relates ONLY to the self-service restaurant. Our tour group ate here more than once as part of the arrangements for a choral festival. . I would not recommend their food or their service at all. You really have to be starving to say the food was satisfactory. Most people in our group had negative comments about the restaurant.

The hotel is on very good location so you can go on foot arroud the city. It is also very close to "Moskovski" train station, metro station and several busses. Hotel is huge, built like most of the hotels and buildings in last century in Russia. Anyway the hotel is very clean, our room was large enough, wifi was excellent...

Stayed here back in October for two nights as part of a St. Petersburg - Moscow trip. The hotel is very well located, just off Nevsky Prospekt and is just across from the railway station. Would stay here again, mainly due to the location.

Good location, close to subway (Ploshad Vosstaniya), quiet rooms, very decent breakfast. There are many different types of rooms, even if you request a "standard" room. Usually there are three of us staying in one room, and normally we get a spacious room. This time, however, we got a very narrow room -hardly enough space for two people. Pros: -good breakfast...

Definitely it's not worth 4 star hotel. It's very old, poor hospitably. Not clean room without air condition. I need to open the fan and window to get sleeping. Will not consider to stay here again when I visit St. Petersburg next time. It's not worth the price of 4 star hotel!!
