Отвратительные ребята, которые мелким-мелким шрифтом пишут, что спа зона "открыта", а потом не готовы ни менять даты, и никак вообще пойти навстречу семье с ребенком, которые приехали в спа отель на неделю как постоянные гости (на которых им наплевать), и в котором мелким шрифтом на пятой странице внизу написано что спа закрыт. Менеджер отдела бронирования умеет только молчать говорить шаблонами. Ее руководитель такая же. Вишенкой на торте был ответ, что спа отель НЕ ОБЯЗАН ПРЕДОСТАВИТЬ ГОСТЮ СПА, А ЭТО ГУДВИЛ ОТЕЛЯ, БХАХАХА. И быстренько побежали сразу списать деньги за проживание после моего звонка. Extremly Unfriendly and incompliant behavior of reservation department. Situation – as a regular guest of Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge I have booked a week for our family in suite room. Later on I suddenly knew from our friends that for this period spa zone is closed and I gave a call to the hotel trying to fix that situation. As we did a booking especially for our baby to had a chance spent some time in a swimming pool. Unfortunately booking was without return. When I called to the hotel – reservation manager Maria was really affected. Because she really didn’t try to help me. Every her answer was FULL OF NEGATIVE. The onу information was - there somewhere was an information about renovation (really small small letters in the end of front page and nothing at real booking page). So she gave me negative reply to any change, cancel or any action which could help our family, talking like a robot. Remember – they are 5 stars (don’t believe any more)! Didn’t even try to hear me, neither to help! After that I was talking to her manager. Absolutely the same – you should check all the website before booking – that was her approach to us. Extremely unfriendly to guest. Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge positioning themselves as a SPA HOTEL. But they told me it is a hotel good will to give me a chance to have my time in a spa. GOOD WILL. Not my money paid for spa hotel! Do you really feel someone will stay regular guest? Why should I check every page to get that data. Last year I was in the same situation in another 5* hotel – they give me a call to tell that and we found a decision, they were really good with clients. BUT NOT SOKOS! That is really unbelievable service!…
Thanks for this very confortable stay. With an extremely helpful and profesional staff. We enjoy the quality of your hotel, the exceptionnel spa services and the outstanding breakfast. With also a great bar lounge !
Good location in the city center but not in a noisy part of the city where you can feel the privacy. The bonus is that they have a spa area where you can warm up well on winter evenings. Many historical sites can be easily reached on foot.
Relax and Business is easily mixed in this hotel. It has almost all attractions a traveller may look for. Easy to reach, downtown and at the same time in a quiet side street. Parking lot, conference rooms, wi-fi neighboring with a spa and a good restaurant. The only thing missing were wider smiles of the staff. Perhaps it was just due to face masks and gloomy weather. All the rest was superb.
Very friendly hotel staff but hotel itself is outdated. Some of the furniture should be recycled, wooden floor had plenty of scratches. Only 5% of hotel guests had their masks on while moving in lobby/lifts, which raises questions about Covid safety.
