Noisy small rooms with single bed, dirty and out dated. Bad smells everywhere. No airco. No decent chair to work on your desk. Small bathroom made in the 70s, had to tie the shower system with some rope to be able to have a shower. Bad neighbourhood without restaurants in vicinity. Closest is the mall with the cinema where you can have some fast food. No English speaking staff at my presence. If you like cheap then this is your place. Comparible with 2 star European hotel.

Not worth the money. This area badly needs another hotel to compete. This one is jut not worth the money. Brings you way back to Soviet times with poor service. Waiters in the restaurant have no clue what good service is. Front desk staff needs to learn how to smile. Rooms are very outdated. Some don't even have AC. If you don't have to be on this side of town, go elsewhere

Room Tip: make sure to ask for a room with AC and facing the bridge, not construction

Rooms are terribly small, not even a closet. Shower tub so tight, that you keep turning off the water if you turn sideways. No AC was a total pain. Free breakfast was just ok. Staff needs to learn a bit more about service - not terribly friendly or accommodating.

Great view, huge room, even bigger bathroom but nothing else to add. Breakfast is really bad.. Coffee is nescafe, no real orange juice..... At least there is no noise in the rooms so the sleeping experience is good. Internet is available in the rooms. But this hotel is so far from Western standards....

If space and amenities aren't your thing, then you might find this place to be just fine, however if you are accustomed to a certain amount of comfort I would look elsewhere. The rooms were so small that I could barely walk around my suitcase. The hooks on the wall were a good feature because there was no closet. They had a nice big window that opens completely, which you will need because the room has no air conditioning, and the ENTIRE hotel is smoking. That's right, you heard me...smoking in every room, on every floor landing and in all main lobby areas. The bathrooms were OK for me, as I am only 5'4, but any taller than that, the beds and the showers become a tight fit. The location is regrettable, as you can't walk to anything, no shops, no cafe, no grocery, and there seem to be an alarming amount of wild dogs that call this hill home. However, being on the hill, provides great views of the bridge in Vladivostok. There isn't a gym, but the breakfast is free and the restaurant upstairs was OK as well. The staff was polite and helpful, and a few of them even spoke a little English. Basically, I'm trying to sound like a spoiled western traveler here, but this place just doesn't provide some basic things most people are looking for.
