I spent two nights here being in Moscow. Taxi driver had a bit difficulty finding the entry. The place is a very nice historical building. Professional reception and good restaurant. Room is spacious, decoration not modern but in style with the building. From here quite quick traveling into city. During the night it is very quiet, being so close to...

Friendly staff and excellent customer service! We stayed at the presidential suite and were treated like royalty. The restaurant is also brilliant, we had dinner and breakfast and there wasn't anything missing! The concierge have organised our trip to Saint Petersburg and was extremely helpful with our transfer! You must stay at this place, only 5 minutes away from the...

The rather spectacular and historic Petrovsky (also called Petrov or Petroff) Palace Hotel is located in the set of buildings that were built by Catherine the Great in the late 18th century and were the last rest stop for royals on their way from St. Petersburg to Moscow. They served during Communist times as a military academy and have been...

Great architecture to look at. Rooms are spacious. Menu is limited but food is mostly good. The free breakfast spread was pretty good. Round the clock room service was convinient and the Concierge was very helpful

The initial photographs online looked very good and we couldn't wait for our trip and stay in Moscow. The place is too big - yes I understand the 'palace' bit of it all but you need things and people to fill these spaces. Definitely not a 5* hotel and only average. No special service of helping you with bags to...

We stayed in Petroff palace for three nights. It supposed to be 5* hotel. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see any historical parts of the palace because as we were advised by the receptionist we will have to arrange visit through the third-party company. The facility of this hotel is normal/average. The rooms are clean and I would say the bathroom are...

Hotel Petroff is a real palace where many important historical figures actually stayed (Like Catherine the Great, Napoleon... etc). It was so much fun just soaking up the palace atmosphere, that we barely left. We changed rooms, and both were amazingly decorated, large and quite confortable. The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast delicious. We also spent some time...
