The room was swarming with roaches all over the place. They won't let me transfer to another room so I'm stuck all night with these pests. They should have strict guidelines implemented for good hygiene and efficient housekeeping.

I had a good rest in one of their rooms. It was clean, decent, air-conditioned, has LED TV, and Wifi access. Really a good place for travellers, plus it is accessible to several establishments and malls. Definitely a recommended place!

Went here because of the good reviews and its location being near Jaro Plaza. However, I was disappointed to see that the bed covers and blankets were old and thinning. To make things worse, a lot of small cockroaches swarmed our room at night.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with the amenities of a hotel, then Queen's is the place for you. The room we had was only allotted for 2 people but we, a family of 5, used it. We put the 2 single beds side by side so 3 of us can fit and asked for an extra...

If you are on a tight budget, Queen's is a recommended place to stay. Rooms are aircondiitioned, have a LED TV and free Wifi access, which I guess is fast. Their CR is also okay (not hot/cold shower, the typical shower only). They have no PABX system. Their beds are soft. It is near the Jaro Cathedral and Jaro Plaza....

Basic. A/C is small but works well. No toilet seat cover. No shower curtain. Wifi so strong & fast. Water pressure is strong. Towels old and unpresentable. Spring mattress is comfortable. Pillow is small. Sheets is OK. No bedside table available.

Queen's Pension House is an affordable and practical place of stay while in Iloilo City. The City boasts of some of the best hotels in the region, so manage your expectations. Queen's is cheap, so it is always occupied. Also, the rooms have decent but basic amenities. There's no room service or even fancy entertainment systems. But, you get situated...

Stayed here for four days in Nov. 2014. The pension house is very accessible to public transport. Many jeepneys routes and taxis readily available in front of the pension house. Rooms are clean and toilet function well. Corridor floors in the second and third floors are made of glass blocks making them good skylight up to the ground floor. Staff...

Great attentive staff, rooms simple but clean and have AC. Good location in Jaro. Rooms near the cafe area can be noisy so try to avoid. Hotel is only 10 mins in a cab from the Tagbak bus station if you're heading onto boracay. If you stay here and fancy a beer at a bar, try Salvi's grill which is...
