I usually have high ratings for places I've been to but unfortunately Hotel Pier Cuatro has a low score for me. We reserved two rooms for an overnight stay. Our plane arrived late afternoon but the hotel has only one room available for us at the moment. The available room was on the third floor. It was so small (good...

We booked late at night after our south cebu tour. We asked for the standard room with 2 single beds and 1 extra The price in agoda was cheaper than the price we paid in the hotel. The standard room is so small like you cannot move smoothly because you might bump with each other. There is no cabinet. The...

It was nice on arrival to be given a cold drink. The rooms are very basic but it is all you need for a short stay. They have good hot showers and bottle water in room. The breakfast was ok as long as you not expecting western foods. (we are in the Philippines) Location great, right next to 7eleven store...

This hotel has a sole advantage: conveniently located near malls and harbor. Not pricey so don't expect superb amenities. Your room comes with free buffet breakfast, which is fine. This hotel is good for travelers who needs the simple amenities of a bed and breakfast. Again, it's not that pricey so don't expect a very comfortable bed.

Stayed 6 nights with family. Paid just a fair price. Great location from two large malls. WiFi is awesome. Passable breakfast. Accommodating staff. A/c is not working well though. Low water pressure. Small room w/o window. Next room's noise is audible.

You get what you pay for, nothing less nothing more. We had to stay there because we had an early ferry to Panglao but we should have stayed somewhere else. it was our mistake anyway for choosing a cheap hotel. Breakfast was really bad, things in the room were old and dirty, bed was uncomfortable and the sofa was just...

Stayed here for two nights pre Christmas between ferries. Situated 100metres from Robinsons mall and 1 kilometre from SM mall, it is well located as the malls supply many choices of food outlets. Breakfast is included here and I would rank this 6.5/10 with good coffee. We booked the basic room, about 4 x 5 metres with two comfortable single...

We traveled on a small budget so this was a good stay for us. The rooms was clean and the A/C worked well (all though it was a bit loud). It had a good breakfast and the staff was nice and helpfull. It is located 50 metres from a shoppingmall.

What can I say...you get what you pay for. However, I don't know how this "hotel" got 4 stars on Trip Advisor. They must be fake because it's very misleading. Most of their staff doesn't speak English so they were very unhelpful. We waited for one staff member that did, but she couldn't accommodate with the simplest things. We needed...

Staff are very accomodating and friendly. Good location, very near to Robinson and SM for shopping. Also, near to port in going to Tagbilaran Bohol. Good value for money. Please improve breakfast buffet.
