Everything is wrong here. The wi-fi is only in your dreams, and the staff can't speak English. Very dirty, and very noisy. The staff wasn't very helpful with anything, so we moved to another place. There are many opportunities in Cebu city, so why chose this?

While nothing went wrong at the hostel it was very basic and of poor comfort levels. We stayed in a private double room the air con worked however there were no plug sockets so nothing could be charged. The communal shower was just that, a shower head over the toilet. The staff were friendly. On a main road, so quite...

We've booked an aircon room with private toilet and bath, but when we arrived in the nighttime, we were informed that they've given our room to somebody else because they thought we were not coming. We've fully paid for 4 nights in this place and they're telling us that they have given our room to someone else without checking with...

i cacdlled before we get there, i asked if there's a room for 2 and they said yes. When we get there, it was a room for 4.. We did not share it with other people, but of course we expect it to have 1 bed for 2.. they could have told us that in advance..

Money was stolen from me in a locked cabinet. The boss told me, that they have had many cases with things that had been stolen, but he refused to do anything about it. The "wi-fi" dosn't work, and the place is very dirty. There is a lot of noise from the big street outside.

Its old house but still cleanliness is needed and for the guest comfort... I wish they take good care of the customer's need specially air-con, towel, toilet paper and etc. We checked in here and paid for room with air-con but the air-con does not work we keep complaining and ask them to fix it but they never do it....

From the guesthouse, you can ride a jeep going...

The guest house kind of old but it's reasonable since it is a ancestral house. The renovation makes me feel uneasy since there are some workers who will pass you by while I'm working with my laptop. The staff are great, they are fun and easy to talk with. The room where I stay is kind of noisy because it's...

I wish they had more than 1 common comfort room on the second floor. I'm sure the other guest were pissed off when they need to use the C.R. and its not available. And the lobby needs A LOT of cleaning because its dusty. The Beds are itchy and i don't know why.. i think it needs cleaning too. You...

Truly one of the worst places I've ever stayed at, almost fascinated by how dirty it is. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the mid eighties. My room smelled like feet and behind one of the paintings was a huge hole in the wall, big enough for me to climb out of. Again a little fascinated. But unless you...
