Accessible since you can roam around the heart of the city. The Peoples Park is near and you can do your morning jog, or brisk walking. You feel safe, so good with its location. Sealing with the staff is alright. Good enough for those who travel with a heart!

A room without view, an unfriendly staff, noisy location - a high priced suite, but it has been a terrible stay. This hotel is indeed lacking many things and needs a lot of improvements. First of all: a better trained staff which knows what service and being friendly means.

The single room that i occupied was very homey. Though price was a bit high but it served me well. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. Room was also well maintained and clean. The only thing that needs improvement are the lightings. I traveled alone due to work so I have to bring working papers at the...

Best asset of the hotel is its good location. It is right in front of the people's park where you can do some walking and exercise as hotel has no gym. It is near eating places as well. The hotel has its own restaurant. The food i ordered wss ok. The room i stayed in did not have any view-...

We thought we would give the Leticia Boutique pamper us based on their higher priced suite, but we found that this hotel was lacking any real reinvestment of the money they over charge guests not being reinvested in maintaining a quality and standard that the rate should provide. When we arrived they said we could not get a key card...

First off, it is very well located. It's just across People's Park. Right beside it is a Japanese restaurant. A few steps away are more restaurants. Very close to the casino (for those who enjoy it). Taxi is easily accessible. The hotel has a rustic look & ambience in the lobby, it feels a bit old. It's nice and clean,...

Also, there is a need to issue OR or acknowledge receipt even if the payment is on-line or through agoda. Since i paid for taxes and other fees...

The friendly receptionist, asked me to be seated in their comfortable lounge chair and in 15 minutes, I got a standard room on the 4th floor. It was well-lit, there's a work-table and they have...
