I was surprised how nice this Hotel was, especially for the price,.All the Staff were very friendly. The complimentary Breakfasts were very Good.I ate at the Restaurant a couple of times, and also was very impressed. The location isnt a problem for me,There's lots of cheap Transport options all around the City.Having stayed in Davao+Cagayan De Oro for 10 days,I"now realise that these two parts of Mindanao, are much safer than I ever Imagined!.Certainly worth a Visit!!.I was the one with the Missing Passport, ?

Clean inside-out. Friendly and accomodating staff at reception. Small but nicely designed rooms. Small beds but enough for my size. Value for money. With a 711 store in the same building. Try Alibaba Shawarma near the hotel.

By chance, an acquaintance brought us here while attending a convention in Davao City at the SMX Convention Center. Glad we gave it a try. Our twin room has a 42-inch tv with "not so limited" channel selection, modern t&b and daily complimentary breakfast with free bottled water and coffee daily only at P1,250 per night. They also accept credit cards which i really like. The staff are very attentive and courteous too.I like it coz its walking distance to SMX, Microtel and a callc center where there are a lot of cheap but sumptous restaurants. There is also a nearby grocery store. I like it also that at night, that just across the hotel an area becomes a food haven, with a lot of affordable but authentic Japanese restaurants are. I saw several Japs personally overseeing their restos. The place is such a hit that with the car models parked , we can tell that even the middle class and the rich are lining up just to taste authentic food. Most of the tables are fully occupied that we have to wait for a few minutes for our turn. SULIT!!!! Downside at the time, the hotel's elevator was allegedly being repaired. Still, i don't mind taking the stairs :) I love to exercise :)

Hotel is new having only opened in Feb2015. Everything is clean & sparkling new. Hotel decor in the lobby, hallways & room itself are modern. Rooms are decent size & has actually more space than Tunes Hotel. Our rooms has adequate outlets to charge our gadgets & is equipt wit big screen LED tv. Cute & functional bathroom. Mattress are firm & comfortable to sleep in. Hotel offers free breakfast & it was delish. We also tried their lunch menus & food was also very good. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to SM Lanang. We will defintely stay here again on our next trip to Davao City

This is one of the new hotels in the city and I had high expectations.
Although clean and modern, the hotel has already shown signs of wear and tear.

There is no wifi in our room and their reason was because of the infrastracture. You can only connect in the restaurant and lobby. Quite disappointing because at this age, even the cheapest hostels will have in-room wifi.

That brings me to my next concern...This hotel is totally not cheap. If I just add to the amount I've paid, I could have stayed to a branded hotels nearby which offers much better quality/service. I felt that there was no value for my money staying here.

Breakfast was very basic and forgettable.

p.s: Shower area has no door/curtain. (this can be an issue if you want a dry floor toilet).

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Its a new hotel and building itself is still under construction but the hotel is fully operated. Its my first time for me to stay in this property and i was amazed with their room its clean and beds are very comfy and very relaxing. It looks like a 5 star hotel room and amenities as well. I like their bathroom especially the rain shower head and have a steady hot water. Simple and delicious breakfast. Very helpful Front desk and security. Good location, near the shopping mall as well as near the airport. Over-all me and my family loved our stay. Will be back soon.

This is a brand new hotel in the Davao City area. We were hesitant to book this hotel but since we are searching for a reasonably priced hotel in the area, we choose this newly built hotel and glad that we did. Staff are helpful and always smiling, stores and malls are in close proximity and the location is perfect. If you are searching for a better hotel, this may not be 4 or 5 stars, but is getting close on how they service your needs. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is a new built hotel, Reception staff was very good and helpful, the rooms as you expect for a new place very clean, but small as was the bathroom, but the room rate was small, in the morning we awaken about 05.30 by other quest walking and talking in the corridor which seemed to increase the volume, it was if we had no door, sound proofing was nil and it was the same every morning. the shower at night was nice and hot, but we did not have any hot water in any of the mornings, second day we had to chase the cleaning staff for towels and for a shower and bath room mat, which you need as the tiles are slippy, the third day we went out early and left the clean our room sign on the door, we come 4 hrs. later still had not been cleaned, thought well they might be busy, so we went out again for a couple of more hrs. and came back to chill out for a hr. or 2 before going out for our evening meal, still had not been clean, must admit I lost it a bit and laid in the reception staff, who apologized and three cleaners was there in 3 mins. telled them they wanted sacking and we went out without a shower or chilled out. had a drink and a meal and come back 3 hrs. later to a clean room and had a shower, then bed, WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Booked a single room with breakfast for 4 nights at the end of February 2015.
Room was large, large tv, twin beds which were long enough and very comfy, small bathroom/wet room. New build, all new and shiny, quiet a/c, nice decor ;-) only downside was room had no window due to being an interior room in the building. Elevators were available. Building wasnt totally finished but not much left to do! A safe in the room for your valuables too.
Breakfast was substantial and filling, served on the balcony at the restaurant, good and friendly staff. Price to eat in was good too and tasty for a main meal.
Location was close to a variety of bistro/restaurants and a very large Mall, 8-10min dander to mall ;-) Supermarket was across the street to rear of a car park ;-)
Free lift to and from airport, but a tip is expected...
Clean, new, good food, good location, friendly staff - recommend

Our staff booked us at this hotel for a quick business trip in Davao. The hotel was strategically located between the airport and our meeting venue in Lanang. The rooms were okay. Facilities were well maintained. But their wifi was weak in the rooms and you had to go to the lobby to get a decent speed internet. The lobby seemed to be usually crowded so its not easy to work from there. It was also quite noisy mainly due to other guests who seem to not care about the noise they were generating. It didn't help that the hotel rooms' doors had a big opening at the bottom and there certainly was no sound-proofing. The set breakfast was okay though they had what seems like unlimited pandesal (bread) and coffee, tea and chocolate in sachets. The saving grace here is their staff who were very kind and helpful.
