Overall good stay. Great customer service, fast check in and check out, fast and strong wifi in the room, comfortable bed, clean towels, refillable drinking water, and working elevator.

However, the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned. The soap from the previous occupants was still in the shower. It could have also been good if there was an in-house restaurant, although having food delivered via Grab was not a hassle.

A five minutes tricycle ride from Abreeza mall, Infinity Suites is strategically located in the corner of Porras and Palma Gil Streets near University of Southeastern Philippines Gymnasium and Cultural Center; you can easily get a cab or a tricycle in no time.

This hotel has clean and spacious rooms from twin to family occupancy, from deluxe to presidential. Clean bed sheets, comfortable pillows, spacious shower room, enough supply of water and working air cons. Indeed, they have awesome rooms!

During our first day, I am decided to give this hotel a perfect 5 star review. Not until our second day arrived and we have to take our breakfast. Our accommodation includes a breakfast buffet from ‘Blue Hub’ (Restaurant owned by Infinity Suites I guess). You will have to claim your stub from the reception desk before heading to Blue Hub. As instructed, we approached the reception desk and requested for our meal stub. After giving our room number, the receptionist advised us that our meal were already claimed. Trying to be calm, I checked the form where the guests are signing when claiming the stub. I confirmed to the receptionist that it was not our signature and we never had our breakfast yet. The lady called her colleague to confirm. She gets back to us and advised us that our meal was possibly claimed by our friend. Smiling, I told her that we don’t have any other ‘friends’ that are checked-in on Infinity Suites. Then she decided to phone the Blue Hub to advise that we will claim our meal but we don’t have our stub with us. Finally, we had our not-so-good breakfast. We don’t know but the service from the reception at that morning mirrored how we were serviced by the staff from Blue Hub.

After our breakfast, I approached again the receptionist to give her immediate feedback. I told her to be more careful next time and confirm with the guest that it is their name before signing. She politely smiled and apologized.

I’m giving Infinity Suites 4 stars for their awesome room. I believe that there is still some space for improvement when it comes to customer service though. Nevertheless, I will definitely stay again here if I will be given the opportunity to go back to Davao.

P.S. Kudos to Manong Guard (day shift duty), he is very accommodating and very polite. He’s a keeper! :)

Booked a room before the day we checked in. When we arrive, we were immediately assisted with our luggage. The staff at the front desk was also quick to cater our needs. The hotel was not huge but it has a small elevator that brought us to our room. I love the room! It's spacious with a comfortable bed..so comfy indeed! Everywhere in the hotel is clean. The location is a few minutes drive to the airport. A good hotel worth a return. Will be back for sure.. :)

The first sign that this hotel was terrible was getting only one keycard for a room where we were paying for 3 persons. The moment that sealed this to be our worst hotel stay ever was when receptionist rudely BLOCKED our visitor from coming up to our room because of a "hotel policy" of "visiting hours" we were never informed about beforehand, and not even telling us about our visitor before sending her away!!! Worst hotel stay ever. For your own good, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Many other nicer hotels to stay in Davao.

Stayed 3 nights. Nice room and comy bed. But downside is poor service.

I ordered for room service on my first night and I was told that payment is separate from room charge. I said ok. However, when I was about to settle it thru card, I was told cash basis only.

Service is poor because
1. I was not informed by the reception and resto ahead of time regarding payment policy.
2. I paid my room thru card so I expected I could settle other expenses thru card as well.
3. I have talked to the reception about this on my 2nd day and asked them to resolve it as it is an internal issue of the hotel.
4. When I was checking out Nelle who was at the reception was arguing with me as he kept on insisting that I was informed when clearly I was not.

It is my first time to stay in this hotel and definitely my last.

For future guests be forwarned of this arrangement as I find it sneaky.

The infinity suites is a small boutique hotel that seems like another ordinary place in the city.

However if you prefer a simple place with good service this the place you should consider.

The rooms are large enough to hold a small meeting for 3 if you need to. Although you can always book the bigger rooms with a small dining area if that suits your requirements.

Bathrooms are always kept clean and have adequate lighting.

Breakfast is always good for 2 even if you have booked a room for only one person.

Minor improvements on the following could be noted :

- shower enclosure, except for a glass panel that covers half the area, does not exist, if you splash around everything will be wet
- aircon location is subjective, but I prefer a direct hit to the bed at all times
- corner table with 2 chairs could use more light and an extra power socket
- room key, ask for an extra one
- check out, mini bar check takes a while. This process should be removed since most people don't use the minibar, or place items in the ref upon request. It could save you 5 mins of waiting at least.

Overall good value for money in room size, cleanliness and location.

Stayed overnight at the hotel last May and I was quite surprised. I was set to transfer to a bigger hotel when our main party arrived (I was the advanced party) so I was sent to Infinity for the 1st night. Expecting a cheap motel, I was pleased at the hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff was really helpful. The WIFI was good and the bathroom was also nice. My only issue was the breakfast. Choices was limited and the servings was small (Taste good though).

SERVICE: final online booking was made a month before travel and availed their promo since I was quite impressed by the pics posted on their web & FB account, (what you see is what you get); got a very exemplary service with this newly built hotel, boasting with very friendly, accommodating & helpful staff; with good WIFI service; elevator provided, a plus since we were booked on the 3rd floor; a water dispenser is available in the hallway for the thirst quenchers; Blue Hub Cafe conveniently located beside the hotel which provided the free breakfast buffet; clean, well-kept surroundings; needs were readily taken care of with just a phone away, room service was swift VALUE: booked for 3D/2N stay & its very much affordable compared to billeting in a 5-star hotel LOCATION: it is strategically located in a busy street, near Gaisano Mall, Mercury Drugstore, while HB1 (convenience store) is at the G/F; very accessible to all kinds of transport ROOMS: reserved a suite room for a family of 4 and was not disappointed, it was our haven after a day's tiring tours, the suite is a respite! WE ALL LOVE INFINITY SUITES!
