we stayed at park avenue residence inn last march 27, 2014. it is just 1 night stay coz we are going to puerto princesa the next morning. but our stay is great. the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. the inn is near sm lanang and a short taxi ride to the airport compare to the inns in the center of davao city. it just cost us p120. the room that we booked is an executive room worth p1,200. you can add adtl mattress for p300. one thing that i really admire is that they don't ask for a downpayment or full payment when i reserved a room just thru txt mssg. and they reply right away when you inquire. there cell no is 09239139975. they dont offer free breakfast but there's a cafe and carenderya beside them. it is a new inn so expect the amenities in the room is new too. i really recommend this inn!

The period i stayed was high time for Davao City. As the city-residence of the incoming President of the RPH, most national conventions, conferences and what have you are being held in the same city. Per the locals, the traffic has been more traffic than usual because of the said state of the city. And accommodations fit for a certain level of budget is quite hard to find.

I was looking then for a place to stay for 4 days and 3 nights with a very limited budget. My convention was in SMX Convention Center Lanang and i want to stay in a place where i can just walk to the venue and have a short public transport ride to places within the vicinity to look for pasalubong.

And Park Avenue Residence, Inn and Suites (P.A.R.I.S) Hotel was the best available hotel for me to stay in.

Starting from the time i checked in until i left, the hotel was consistent with its services and facility: the staff are friendly and accommodating and the room is clean and kept tidy. Although the hotel provided me with what I needed at the time, it would be better for them to improve the acoustics of their rooms for the neighboring apartment has quite loud tenants and their sounds were heard at the hotel.

If i will be having another engagement in Davao City within the same vicinity, PARIS Hotel will definitely be one of my choices to choose from.

It is very accessible to transportation. It's near to the airport too and near downtown area as it's like halfway to going north and south. I like that they have a restaurant where one can dine or even order room service. The room was also clean and air-conditioning was working perfectly fine which was so good because it was super hot outside.

This place should be torn down. We stayed for 2 nights (Dec 14-16 2014) prior to taking a flight to CDO. No Elevator to begin with. Asked for quiet room, was given room 2 something (last room on right hand side, as you land on 2nd floor - by the front of hotel, pretty much above entrance). The minute we walked in, realized the level of noise was extreme (because of crap workmanship, windows had gaps all around) might as well have no windows. Asked for another room, was told they had none (lie lie lie, hotel was pretty empty) and was told that there would be one on the third floor on the second day. Sink in our bathroom was broken off (as if somebody was hungry) and shower/bathroom was smaller than many cruises we've taken in past, felt like a tiny closet. If you are say 6' something, and weigh more than 200 lbs, you might not fit at all. Yes the room was clean, with furniture that felt like from repossessed hotel. Only plus was air con, which was too quiet - since there should have been a way to muffle the tri-cycle stop outside. One other note on the positive side is that there is a laundry shop next to entrance, good place to get your laundry done, but watch the scale, they tend to leave it at P40/kg when it should be P25/kg. Wifi was spotty to non-existent at times. Owner of this hotel....may you run out of business soon, or give the rooms for P400/night, not worth more than that. Maybe turn it into a brothel, better business model than the ridiculousness you built.

Good bang for the buck, Accessability wise the place is situated near our summit site (Southern Philippines Medical Center) and near Robinsons Cybergate, SM Lanang. The airport is not that far too.
Accomodation wise, the room (standard deluxe) was clean, the AC is cold enough, the rest room is pretty much clean and shower with hot and cold. WIFI available and have good signal strength inside the room (3rd flr).

A value adding service would be, a presence of a bellboy to carry the luggages upstairs since there is no elevator. None the less my 3 night stay was worthwhile

Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. What's even more great is that the place is only a few minutes away from SM Lanang and Robinson's Cybergate. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Location-wise, it's very near SM Lanang Premiere. This place is very friendly on the budget. It's very basic, has towels, toilet paper and soap. Parking is available at the front or side areas. There's a laundry shop at the ground floor.

We stayed for 6 nights at Paris. The Queen rooms are really nice, no complaints. We downgraded to the budget rooms with two single beds as we were not spending time in the hotel.

Everything was clean. The staff were helpful with all of our destination questions and always friendly and professional.

The hotel also seemed very well placed for us going between diving areas and the bars, easy to get a cab or jeepney in a few seconds.

The only reason they didn't get five stars was because they seemed indifferent to stocking the communal bathroom with toilet paper. I had to keep stealing it from the cleaning ladies cart which was in the same floor so possibly was not a difficult task for her to accomplish. Budget rooms don't have their own bathroom, so I feel like it's sort of important to provide Toilet paper for the guests.

rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are accommodating. wifi connection is okey... PARIS is easy to find and it is just near the malls. The A/C unit in the room is well maintained. their family room is really spacious.

Been here last May 7 2016 and have our standard room. Staffs are very accomodating and friendly. Easy access to Davao Airport. We extended our stay here 5 hours. 100php per hour. Room was clean and cool. Overall, we are satisfied customer. If we will be given a chance to choose hotel again, we will choose this hotel and will recommend to all first timer in Davao.

Hello there! We have Junior Suite (2 matrimonial beds) which is good for 4 persons, Php 2,500. We also have Executive Room (a choice of 1 matrimonial bed or 2 single beds) which is basically good for 2 persons only, that's Php 1,500. Extra person w/ extra bed is Php 300. As of now, we don't have any airport shuttle service. We do only have contacts from van rental companies w/c we could offer you, but the billing is separate from our hotel. To guarantee your reservation, we advice that you contact our reservation staff and to answer any of your queries. You may reach us thu mobile: 0923-913-9975 or landline: 222-8331. Thank you!
