Transacting with Seda for Corporate Events is efficient considering that they are very responsive from the very beginning (find Miss Maedine, she really is an Ace of their Sales). Considering that we are still having concerns, she was very accommodating for changes. During ocular, she is very honest on the possible concerns such as parking spaces but offered solutions as well. As a team for the event, they were really helpful during ingress and they welcome last minutes venue changes.

The standby team during the event were very attentive - engineering, security catering and even utility. The internet is also good for hybrid events wherein it is being livestreamed. The power supply is also sufficient for all the suppliers with LED and sound system. We didn't encounter problems. Post event services were also commendable since they assisted us as well.

Their corporate menu is also helpful. Our audience were our clients and they liked the food very much. There were not much of leftovers in their plates. Seda's beef dishes have tender meat and the broccoli soup is a must have.

Overall, I recommend Seda for Corporate Events.

Seda Hotel is located in a very good location, fronting Abreeza Mall. The service attitude of the staff is superb. Quality of their restaurant food is not bad.

The rooms are on the small side and on our first day, our toilet didn't have a tissue box, had only 1 hand towel and the sink was draining very slowly. We gave the feedback to the front desk and on that same afternoon, all the problems were corrected.

if they can change all the towels to new ones (all of us were commenting that the towels look really "old" and discolored), then it would have been a perfect stay.

Sleep quality is good (beds are very comfortable) although room insulation is not that good. We can hear our neighbor's voices/coughing.

Despite the little negatives, we will not hesitate to go back.

We appreciate the Seda group of hotels' efforts to operate as we try to jumpstart our economic recovery. Their concern for the welfare of their staff and safety of their guests is notable. The hotel provides a disinfection kit upon check in but could do more to add hand sanitizing stations especially near the lifts and at the dining tables.

We chose this hotel for its location mainly. The price is a bit high compared to other local hotels so we hoped that may be they have good service. But no. They had poor costumer service. I was forst placed in a room with cracked ceiling, and the headboard was in very poor condition. The bed linen had stains on them. So i requested for a better looking room. They transfered me to a similar room but the room had a smell, but was aesthetically cleaner so i just made due with that room. We requested for 1 of the rooms be upgraded the following day by 11am but they would not accomodate us. They were too busy because the staff had a meeting. We requested the rooms to be cleaned by 9am but the front desk said the staff were too busy. This hotel staff had a cannot do attitude. Pls change it. Also make the hotel smell fresh and not damp and old smell. Do better, you can!

Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff was great and took care of us. We went up to the room and discovered that there were two blood stains on the bed sheets. The towels in the room look worn out and well used. We advised staff, who tried to move us to a neighboring room, however the replacement room was even worse because of the mildew smell and some white stain on the carpet below the bed and on the side of the bed. We ended up removing the bedsheet from the 2nd room and replaced the bedsheet on the original room. During the night, we realized that the bed had bed bugs. We awoke with several bites on our bodies. It was the worse time ever in this hotel. We had stayed in the past at the location but whoever is in charge of room cleaning needs to be retrained. We saw a really cool video at check in that made it seem like they were really serious about cleanliness, but that was all fake. I couldnt believe that during these times that the rooms were so destroyed looking. stop being cheap... clean and or replace some of your finishes.

We stayed in this property since Seda had several properties across the Philippines. We were there for my Uncles Wake and Funeral. Given the reason why we were there, we didn’t bother to complain during our stay there as the entire stay was prepaid already.

Sound proofing in the room is horrible. You can hear people in the hallway talking. People in the adjoins room talking. Our room 1012’s cabinets were not properly installed that’s why it didn’t close properly and doors were overlapping each other. Main Door frame was already full of cracks as if it were broken into.

Light from the hallways can be seen through the door frame when all the lights in the room are turned off.

Breakfast Needs to be improved BADLY! Watered down Coffee! We stayed there for 7 days, and coffee was the same all throughout.

Ground floor elevator walls are taped up on all corners. One key card sensor in one of the elevators is taped up with black tape.

Hallway on the 10th floor have torn wallpaper, wall corners that are banged up, utility doors that need to be freshened up.

So many other things to mention. Not worth the effort anymore.

Only consolation was the food server during breakfast named Mary, was very attentive, jolly, and good at her job.

It was my first time and davao and didn't know much about the city. Some of my friends suggested a lot of hotels for me to stay in and have decided to stay one night in this property. This is the second Seda chain of hotels that I have tried in the Philippines and for me they didn't disappoint. The location was perfect if you love going to the mall for shopping or window shopping. The property is relatively new and rooms are equipped with modern amenities that you would typically find in a new boutique hotel. its not a grand hotel so expect the lobby to be typical of boutique hotels but it has that distinct smell that you would notice if you had stayed in a Seda chain before, and I loved it. The pool was a bit small but good enough to dip in for a hot weather. the food was quite good too. they do have a wide selection that you could choose from. the staff are extremely polite and very accommodating. they would make you feel special and would do everything in their power to give you an excellent stay in their property.

The hotel is good and has a nice parking area at the basement especially for us who brought a car, we also mind the safety of the car. The hotel employees were accommodating especially us who came from another region. The food is ok, however, try also incorporate dishes that are for health conscious such as fish. I like the Ceasar Salad but the sauce was quite salty, it needs honey I think. There was a used tissue found at the pool, I recommend to check is regularly. Humidifier with scent may also add to your rooms to complete the relaxation.

Good location for business or leisure. There's a mall nearby which is convenient. Good value for money. Wish that they can improve rooms to refresh the look and feel and properly wash and dry their sheets, they had a smell of improperly dried cloth.
