Rooms are okay, compared to large American style places you won't be getting the same type of accommodation but it's all right for Filipino standards. We had air conditioning in all rooms, it was actually cold enough that we needed to turn it down. Kitchen had weak old fridge likely 25+ years old. The freezer worked well but the fridge...

Never stayed in the rooms, but went to the restaurant many times and didn't have any bad experiences, food was good and the staff were attentive. Talking to the different guests that passed threw the doors, I never heard any complaints about the place.

Went for a vacation with my family unfortunately it was not a good experience. The electricity was out and they dont have a generator. Only the guard was there to ask if they could do something about it because there was no one in the front desk and will be back on the next day. It was a bad experience...

My trip to Davao was made a success by this wonderful hotel. Out of the way, quiet, top notch service. In the 30 to 40 dollar price range these rooms are very spacious with all the amenities of expensive rooms. Nice pool and poolside bar....we had a blast.

Check in was pretty bad. The room wasn't ready when we got there at 3:40 pm. It was also stinky and dusty that we requested for air freshener. The phone did not function. No phone directory. They checked us in a room across the main building that made us feel aloof from the rest of the hotel. Very inconvenient location......

Our hotel of choice was fully booked for our two night stop over in Davao. We booked thru Agoda who never usually let us down, unfortunately this time they did. Positives Happy staff who serve at bar/small restaurant by pool. Food is pretty good. Pool good but very small Negatives It seems some other reviwers had identical experience to us....

The room was big and clean and the pool was nice. The staff were friendly however it seemed that there was only one person running between the Bar and reception. Also, it seems that the owner and his mates just sit playing cards by the pool in the bar most days, but doesn't make any effort to say hello to...
