Lime Resort Manila offers a lively atmosphere with vibrant nightlife and affordable drinks that appeals to many, although some guests have been disturbed by loud music during the night. The rooms receive mixed reviews; they are generally clean and comfortable, but issues with housekeeping, air conditioning, and occasional pests have been mentioned. Staff at the hotel are often commended for their politeness and helpfulness, despite occasional slow service.
The amenities, including the pool and dining options, are appreciated, but not without suggested improvements. This is my first stay at the Lime Resort. I had a good experience overall. The staff was helpful. The front desk was busy most of the time but were courteous and helpful when needed.
The Premier Room is a good size for a couple with a variety of toiletries provided.
I did enjoy the buffet breakfast. It was heavily on the filipino side than american.
The only problem which is inevitable is the fact that the elevators are always packed and crowded. Getting from the lobby to the ground floor and vice versa was definitely not an easy task.
The location is great in regards to being in Pasay which is close to the airport and near MOA (Mall of America)

We booked our room through Agoda as Reservation number was not answering and it would be much better if it was direct as it was way more cost efficient. Upon arriving at the Parking, security told me to get a pass on the side of the bldg, which apparently the security assign on the side doesn't have any car pass with him and directed us to the parking where we came from, It was a hassle for us, He should given us the pass in the first encounter. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay and I would like to commend the following people who make our anniversary memorable. Ms. Lampy who assisted us during check-in was very helpful and benevolent. Sir Robert on Bayside buffet was so attentive during our dinner, even though it was self service buffet, he took care of us. Kudos! Also, Ms. Kath of Front office who arrange a complimentary cake for us, how generous and friendly She is. A smooth check- out experience with her as well. Well done team, Overall, We enjoyed our stay because of the infinity pool at the penthouse with the inviting view of Manila Bay and the mentioned persons above.

Booked the Executive King Bay room. It was spacious at about 38 sq.m with full view of the Manila bay.
During peak hours such as 5 PM, elevators are quite busy as there are only 3 available, 2 for the guest and 1 for the service.
Breakfast is okay with several options of Filipino and international dishes. The water in the dispenser does not taste good, so I have to order bottled water. Tip: Bring your own bottled water.
The in room dining service food is good especially the four cheese pizza.
Some staff are very accommodating and some are not willing to help. Just like one of the waiter in the Bayview buffet. The Front Desk and the Concierge staff are helpful and friendly. As well as the guard at the ground floor.
Its a new hotel, and they still have several things to improve. Some of the telephone buttons in the room are not working. Hallway in the mezzanine needs some cleaning. One of the complimentary bottled water in the room is dirty. I think they forgot to remove or clean See attached picture.
The hotel is right besides Seascape Village, you will have several options to dine in.

This is our 2nd stay at the LIME RESORT MANILA and this time we stayed at the Bayview King Suite located on the 10th floor just below its exquisite infinity pool at the Penthouse level.
The room is spacious with a king-sized bed facing the balcony that features an amazing sunset view of Manila Bay!
The bathroom is also huge with a separate stylish bathtub, shower and toilet areas. However, the partition between the restroom and the bedroom lacks privacy as one can see through from both sides at all times. This is fine for a couple staying in the suite.
The breakfadst buffet has greatly improved compared to our first stay weeks before. There were more choices of entrees, juices, cereals and salads.
The infinity pool facing Manila Bay is one for fhe books as it made us feel that we are vacationing in Boracay or Palawan resort without leaving the city.!
Perhaps the best asset of Lime is their staff members - from front desk to security to housekeeping - they were all courteous and they made sure thaf our sfay was comfortable.
I will be back in a few weeks. And will keep coming back.

The hotel is still on its soft opening but we're quite impressed by their service. All the staffs were courteous, the room was well-sanitized, and all the guest kits are complete - I personally love that ours came with bath salt. As for the breakfast, we loved everything from starters to dessert. Lime Hotel's highlight is its infinity pool and no doubt, it's breathtaking. I will surely come back, can't wait for more improved amenities and services. :)

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Despite paying ₱13,000 for an overnight stay in our room, we were shocked to find that the most basic amenities were not provided. There were no towels, robes, or even tissue paper in the room, and we had to follow up multiple times with staff to get them delivered. To add to the frustration, the bidet was not working properly.
Furthermore, the pool was dirty and we had difficulty getting pool towels. When we were finally given a towel, it was used and not properly cleaned. This was unacceptable and added to our overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
In addition to these issues, we were given incorrect information by the front desk staff. We were told that the buffet dinner was included in our booking, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that it was not. This was a significant letdown and made us feel misled and undervalued as guests.
Lastly, the noise level from the upper floors was intolerable and prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. This disturbance greatly affected our experience and further compounded our disappointment with the accommodations. We hope that management will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.
Overall, our stay was not worth the cost and we do not recommend this establishment. We will not be returning in the future.

Do not stay here. We had a lousy experience. Nearly every time we left our room, our keycard wouldn't work upon returning, so we constantly needed to go down to the front desk and renew it. The hallways were never vacuumed. They were disgusting. We complained about it a few times to no avail. The bathroom has a large swath of mold on the ceiling, and there is black mold in the inside edge of the shower. I actually let the cleaning guy know when he was cleaning my room, but he did a poor job of cleaning it. I was given a massage appointment at the spa for 10:00 AM the next day just to be told they don't open until 1:00 when I arrived on time for the appointment.
I ordered a club sandwich for room delivery and it was lousy. The bread was not toasted and was rubbery, they put scrambled egg on it and it tasted nothing like a good club sandwich. The only plus was the restaurant staff was very attentive at breakfast buffet, but that's the only reason I gave it one star. It is right on Manila Bay, which is an open sewer and stunk! To make everything more difficult, there were only 2 elevators and a "service elevator" that were very tiny, about half the size of a standard elevator car. Many times, I had to wait for another car because it was too full. They also do not provide towels at the hotel pool. Many reasons made this hotel sub-par.

S(Lime) Hotel. Scam alert. Executive king bayview room from the website, paid extra money for it and when we get there it is a gravel pit reclamation site at least 0.5 km to the water. Management stated before we booked regarding intermittent WiFi and cellular connectivity, but nothing about the land reclamation. Smells like sewer throughout the hotel. They want to charge for water when dining! I might understand charging walk in dinners,,but not your hotel guests. You’re only allowed 2 -1000 ml of water a day after that you pay 80 pesos/ liter when you ask. The carpets have never been vacuumed so dirty, greasy and smelly. So gross 😷 🤢🤮elevators are too small and so slow, if they work at all. Our room was dirty when we checked in and the shower flooded when we use it because the drain was clogged, my husband clean it out. Room safe was not bolted down so we didn’t trust it. We kept our money and valuables with us at all times. The staff are not friendly and helpful. Management is very poor. WiFi sucked and our room phone didn’t work. Wow, the phone only work when they tell you the time for check out. Did not used the pool because just looking at it, it’s slimy. Very Loud music at breakfast and the management doesn’t seem to care when you complain. We had to change our clothes after breakfast because of the chairs smelling of fried fish and it transferred to our clothes,,lack of ventilation. They need further training when it comes to handling the needs and concerns of the guests. I can not recommend this hotel at all. We can’t wait to get out of this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel, there are better options that are at the same price or less. Read the reviews before booking your accommodation it’s very important!

The hotel location is ok and the room is fairly new. However, check in is a mess. You have to wait for almost an hour even if we arrived at around 4 pm already. The reception looks and feels like an airport check in.
The elevator is slow and crowded, it takes more than 15 minutes before you can even use one. We use the stairs most of the time since waiting time is unbearable.
We got a junior suite and was assigned room 123 which is in the first floor facing a bar lounge with loud repeated sound. To make it worst, it is facing an underdeveloped portion of the property which they currently use as a parking area( see picture). Cant get a good rest hence we asked the reception for a replacement. I needed to wait for another 30 minutes just to talk to the receptionist because of the long lines. We were transferred to room 109 which is way better.
During check in we asked for an extra bed which cost around 1,200 with breakfast, which is a fairly good price. However, we needed to ask and follow up for more than 5 times before they could set up the extra bed at around 10:30 pm already.
The sewerage system seems to have problems as well as there is a foul smell when you pass by a common comfort room.
The staff are courteous but you can easily feel that they are tired and exhausted. The Hotel is definitely understaff!
Will not be back. Will not recommend even to my worst enemy.

No. 1 our room got flooded because water was seeping from the shower wall. We were also given a room where the noise from the machine, Im not sure if its exhaust or genset, was unbearable. A worm/centipede even crawled up my daughter’s leg from the shower floor/drain. The TV won’t respond to the remote. Ref was not also working well. Bar soaps and laundry bags were mot provided despite calling the operator twice. We feel really shortchanged, especially that we even availed of room upgrade.
