Generally the room is clean and quite unique with motifs. Sleep is comfortable. If you want to tour Metro Manila via LRT and MRT this is the hotel you want to stay because it is strategically located in the intersection of the two. Also near the airport 20 minutes if no traffic. They have restaurant at the roof top with...

Accommodated us (with my 4 nieces) with a comfortable room at a very good cost. It was before my flight going back to Canada. But pissed me off the following morning when the staff in the desk keeps on calling with regards of our check out, my niece who left early for her appointment and even confiscate our keys when...

Shogun driver picked me up on time from NAIA Terminal 3 (one-way airport shuttle included). Stayed 5 days in a 4th-floor superior room with a queen bed. Hotel is in a good but busy location - Zamora Street near C4/Edsa. Zamora is a 2-lane street with many tricycles for locals and utility vehicles (UV) that go to Mall of Asia...

Look at the less fancy room in the photos and that's what you get. It's nothing extraordinary. However, it is close to the airport. The check-in crew for my visit was competent, had some who spoke English well, made the process quick, and worked out the arrangements for the next day. The room was plain, yet had little 'perks' such...

the hotel is in urgent need of staff training on the front desk. We felt as if we were intruding every time we addressed the personnel everything appeared too much trouble but when you made a fuss they got on with the task in hand. eg we had been promised a kettle for the room and when we requested none...

Stayed there for a couple of days, I thought its a nice hotel because of the pictures shown in their website. First the environment outside is very crowded, so you have to be extra careful and alert at all times with your belongings. It is very noisy. So difficult to look for taxis. Lobby is very small, there are two...

I've been around Metro Manila for these past few months and have also stayed in different hotels and whenever I pass by this hotel, I have this urge to try staying because the rates looks pocket friendly, but then I always end up having to stay in other hotels because my first impression of this place is not that good...

I booked Zen Rooms Edsa Taft avenue , but this seems to be Shogun ( now). My room was terrible, old and shabby - and NOT AT ALL like the pics. No value for money ( I payed about 2000,- Php ) . ! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED ( for that amount ! Staff was friendly.

This hotel is close to the airport it a central location a bit odd to fine. The staff have been very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is on the top and offers a great view of Manila area with a nice bar. Today's breakfast was good. We stay here on arrival and came back on our...
