When you first enter lobby very nice, updated. Rooms are okay and spacious. No curtains in living room area just light linen type curtain so room bright and gets very warm, just use ac which is loud. They give one toilet paper for each bathroom, I had to ask for an extra roll. When I ask if I can refresh towels when used, staff was kind and called management but said I had to pay extra or I can wait until the next day to refresh the towels. The room had a side room which concerned me, it was very old, stuffy, I was startled to see it, they explained it was a maids quarter. The main bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Kitchen had out dated refrigerator and stove, bring your own sponge, dishwashing liquid, paper towels if you are going to use the kitchen. Laundry room on a different floor was clean-was in good order, buy your laundry supply from the store across the street and buy your tokens from front desk to use. Good staff.

Rooms, linen, and bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping and reception are helpful and regular. The gym is not bad, but not that good either (some weights are missing, and they only turn on the AC on request). They don't provide cleaning liquid or a scrub for washing pots/pans like other serviced apartments, so I went down to 7-Eleven and got some (they are not expensive, but wish I had known earlier, that is all). The cooking pans and pots are very basic, and if you plan to cook during a long stay, it would be better to get some of your own. The fridge is quite spacious and has a good freezer, unlike the smaller refrigerators usually found in serviced apartments. It's walking distance to most places in the commercial district of Makati, and is conveniently located.

I like the spacious room and the kitchen facility and a good WiFi connection. But I have few suggestions for improvement: The toilet is not flushing properly and it should be checked by the plumber. There is only one elevator working so it takes time when many people are using. It needs to be fixed. There should be a floor towel in the bathroom for feet after shower

A good choice when in Makati, if you are going to be there more than a day or two, make sure you get a suite with coffee-making facilities and a fridge. The suites are larger and more comfortable than the rooms...we didn't and had to upgrade. Breakfast was excellent, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer currency exchange, but there is an exchange round the corner. Lots of restaurants and bars in close vicinity.

The apartment is big but not well
Maintained. Rust underneath the bath and the kitchen utensils/pots etc are old.

It would be great if they had curtains in the living area to block out the sun as the AC appears to struggle to keep up.

There were not extra sheets/pillows as mentioned.

It’s just very old it seems and really needs some TLC.

Spotted 4 cockroaches and demanded to move rooms. They offered me free daily cleaning.

The bed was comfortable though which is a plus and the area is awesome.

The Wi-Fi really isn’t great. I really
Struggled to have a video call. Which was an issue for my work.

I searched so many air BnBs and took this one because of the size, it is super spacious which is nice.

One day whilst watching TV a staff member just entered the apartment, no knock on the door just walked straight in. I got such a fright! I asked him
Why he was here and he just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. Couldn’t give me an answer. I wonder now what would happen if I wasn’t here! This is a breach of my security and privacy.

The host is pretty much non responsive but the staff in the place are.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, a massive disappointment.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for five nights. The apartment was very comfortable if a little aged.

We were told that the place is being refurbished two floors at a time. So they are heading in the right direction.

The aircon in the apartment was very loud, but again that comes with age.

Apartment has fully functioning kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite as well as a spacious living and dining are.

Cable TV in living and master bedroom

The pool area is very old but useable. Hopefully it is part of the the refurbishment plan.

Staff fantastic and helpful.

Restaurant integrated to towers and serves a great breakfast.

Location is perfect..

We will stay again.

Thanks for your warmness shown by all

Never booked this hotel. I booked through Agoda for the price of $61 a night for 12 days. Everything was good and confirmed after that, 15 minutes later, they cancelled my booking because the hotel said it was cheap and they can't accept it. It was a false hope. I was looking forward to stay at Infinity Tower Suites but because of being greedy, I have to wait for 30 days to get my money back. I am too disappointed with this Hotel. The Agoda gave me that price as I am a Platinum VIP member but the hotel can't accept it. Too greedy.

We booked a 3 bedroom suite for a family weekend stay. It was very spacious, but unfortunately everything feels extremely old and in dire need of repair or upgrading. In particular, the bathrooms were not very pleasant - old and with stale odours, and could have been cleaned better.

Good size room. Tired furnishings. But they charge for everything. 700 peso to clean a sheet that had blood from a small cut. Charge to borrow an adapter. Charge to clean a pillowcase.
Manila is lovely. Will look elsewhere next time. Hopefully Manila is not all like this

I booked my hotel room the day before I arrived as I didn’t want to wait until 3pm to check-in. I have been traveling for the last 14 hours, it’s now 1030 on the following morning. I arrived at the hotel, waited 15 mins at the desk for some attention to be told that the room wasn’t ready. The man at reception doesn’t know how long it will take for the room to be ready. I’m sat at a coffee shop across the road as they didn’t offer me anything from the breakfast buffet. Frankly, I have such low expectations for my ‘suite’ at this point that I may just upgrade to scotch. It’s a pathetic start to my 5 day stay in Manila. Damn this hotel.
