Nice, clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff who helped me settle in Makati. The hotel management staff was always available and exceeded expectations. I will definitely go back to Hotel Durban when in Manila.

Stayed at this hotel again. I enjoy the location and staff. This time I stayed in a standard room which is small and basic. Room #3 had better shower head than before but shower door did not fully close. Also, the doors to rooms and service areas closes quite loudly with a bang so if you are a light sleeper...

The rooms are clean, classy and just right for the price. The hotel just doesn't have an elevator and we were on the third floor. There's no parking space...
