The Hotel was very well located, just across greenbelt mall. it was an old building, however the room we stayed in was clean and well equipped. Strange thing was the cleaning serving always took the remaining toilet paper and never replace it with a new one so I had to buy toilet paper. Lucky 7eleven was in the neighborhood. Overall,...

Upon checking in, offline conversations of the staffs were a little bit too loud for us to hear and even concern-calling as they are seemed to be talking about one of their clients. Though the client might have caused some trouble but privacy should always be considered. In terms of the room, the twin-sharing bed was neat and wide enough...

We booked 2 rooms online through official site, 1 for us for 3 nights with our 18 Month old kid. Deal was book online and you get 10% off, we didn't get that, and stays for 2 or more nights gives you 10% off, we didn't get that either. Upon walking into the room there was a strong detergent cleaning...

The Condotel is not opposite Greenbelt 1 and 5 but round the corner. Checking in was efficient and the room was large and well-equipped. It gave a nice impression with stylish wooden floors and I had a double plus a single bed and I chose the single as it was near the window. The bed was very comfortable and the...

This is my favourite service apartment in Manila. The hotel location is great just opposite of green belt 5. The hotel staff is always helpful and the rooftop breakfast is quite good and the swimming pool is clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is new in Manila and want to live in the centre of makati.

Good location. Noise from outside very noticeable but I'm finding this the same in most places I'm staying in the Philippines. Hotel itself is ok we had a big corner room with separate bedroom and 2 shower rooms one en suite good storage and a safe. There is a small kitchen which looks ok at first until I realise it's...

Very good budget hotel in central area of Makati city. Walking distance to Makati CBD and all the Malls around - Landmark, Glorietta, Greenbelt and SM. Rooms are average and clean, but spacious. Has a small pantry, microwave, fridge and cooker as well as cutlery and crockery, so can prepare you own meals as well. Free wi-fi is a great...

The room is nice. The housekeeping staff cleans the room regularly. What I liked most is the fast wifi connection essential to do my work. Breakfast they serve is the worst thing I experienced so far since they offer the same thing each day and they need to have variations since the guests are paying for it. The air conditioning...

The condotel is like your second home. The rate is for families on a budget. The room is clean, although not like first class hotels, it is nice to be there. We are place on the top floor and keep on riding the elevator but that I have no worries about it.

LOCATION. Excellent for Greenbelt. A five-minute walk to Greenbelt 5. ROOM. I booked the two-bedroom which was pleasantly, surprisingly spacious, with a living area, dining table and kitchenette. The condotel is a bit dated but we weren't too bothered. There were a few missing cutlery pieces but it didn't matter too much as we ate out most of the time....
