We stayed in this hotel for our christmas staycation for a change. Not to mention that this hotel is not a quarantine hotel so we feel safe. We booked two rooms, one 3 bedroom and 1 - 2 bedroom as we are 11 pax in the family. The room where i stayed was big, it has 3 bedrooms, kitchen were big complete with all utensils, needed cooking facilities. All rooms has tv, good a/c units, with 3 toilets. It has a big dining room where we can enjoy good food. The hotel staff who assisted us was polite, friendly and willing to help.
The pool was pre booked, for guests safety due to pandemic, so i booked for 9am to 10am of december 25, but it was not followed as there are some guests who still stayed there in our time slots. I think this should be strictly implement for guests peace of mind in terms of safety.
Parking has no enough ventilation , if you stay long you will feel suffocated. Not good i guess if there's an emergency like fire or earthquake.
Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I was warned that this hotel is in the heart of the red light district in makati. What’s the problem with that?

Are the street walkers gonna eat you up? Will anyone goes to your room and rob you? No!
If you’re not interested in the women, just ignore and walk away.

In fact, I find it safe. The guards did a great job and there’re many people in the public area.

The location is very good as there are plenty of bars, restaurants and convenient stores around.

The room is clean and comfortable.

Overall, it’s better than I expected. I won’t have to choose from so many hotels for my upcoming trip to Manila Makati. I’ll just book a room here.

✔️ staff and crews are all very friendly.
✔️ accommodates all my questions and requests
✔️ love the smell of their shampoo
✔️ not really a review but it's just nice that we definitely had the entire pool for ourselves on that day.

❌ definitely needs an upgrade. almost everything is outdated
❌ maybe it's just me but the pillows and the bed are so noooot comfortable at all. i had a very hard time sleeping
❌ the service elevator we used to go to the pool area is soooo slow and scary.

I booked 3 nights at Makati Palace Hotel sometime around June. Unfortunately my flight got cancelled and I emailed the hotel of this. I booked the room through hotels.com and the hotels.com CS were very helpful and patient and they negotiated with the hotel to give me even 2 days back. Unfortunately they tagged it as no-show and would not refund me at all. This is pure BS and very bad customer service. If they refunded me my money they would have made so much more by gaining a customer for life. They just lost a customer, and guess what, this customer is even telling other people to NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Appalling.

Really poor customer care. Check-in not permitted before 3 pm EXCEPT if you pay 500 per hour before 3pm. Arrive to the room and room is 32C temperature because the hotel will not even turn on the system to low cool. Sweaty hot! Hotel demands 3000 peso damage deposit when other hotels ask for nothing or maybe 1000 pesos! Wow.

Satisfying service and friendly staffs.Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

The hotel staff charges hefty fine for breaking the umbrella. The umbrellas provided by them are of terrible quality as they break even after careful use. the umbrella breaks after opening them for quite sometime.

Parents staid for the quarantine as mandated by the government.

Staff are really approachable. FO Rosewin was very accomodationgand room attendant Mark is very helpful as well.

Good place to do your hotel quarantine for those coming home from abroad.

Keep up the good work.

I booked a Casita Deluxe Suite through Agoda because I was sick so wanted a separate sleep sofa so I would be separate from those traveling with me. But they downgraded me to a Deluxe room. When I showed the girl at the front desk my reservation, she says Agoda is under investigation so the booking is wrong and I need to deal with Agoda. She said a Deluxe room was in their system but she refused to show me the booking. There were also roaches in the room. I would recommend Oxford Suites right across the street where the staff are all helpful.

We got Makati Palace hotel as our wedding prep foe 02.22.22. Luckily they still have rooms and as other reviews here says, Ms Rosewin is an angel. She was very very patient and is always ready to answer any question. The 3Br she suggested was so big and my bridal photoshoot and makeup dis not have a problem since rooms are instagrammable and are few steps to the pool. There are also many stairs you can use for awra look. There is just one mishap on our stay though very minor and was reaolved right away. The deluxe room, though located on a non smoking area, has some cigarette smell. We raised it with Ms Rosewin and she had our room replaced.
Overall all stay:5/5 even with the slight concern of the cigarette smell in our deluxe room which caused my slight uncomfortability due to asthma but was quickly addressed.
Other concerns are addressed very quickly. Checking in was a breeze and our suppliers even commended how big the rooms are specially the 3 br. 😊

Yes but they will charge you extra for each hour before 2 pm and then they will charge you the same amount as if you are staying overnight despite the fact you will check out at 7pm. Hourly extra charge is 500p each hour! Find a "short stay" facility nearby which will cost you about 800 p for 12 hours

I used the Internet. With some they took a deposit from a credit card and I paid the balance on arrival. I cann’t remember the name. The last few times I used ctrip and paid upfront as this was a condition of the booking- it was very cheap! Usually I use bookingcom but I don’t think this hotel came up when I searched
