Nothing exceptional really. Location is the only advantage. Perhaps they have to do something with the smell that came from paints and wax due to room renovations nearby. Also, they may have to fix shower knobs for easier operation

They put me in a room next door where they were busy varnishing the floor The smell was unbearable I left something in my room when I left...unfortunately it disappeared when I followed up the next day...I know the hotel is not responsible but the fact remains the item dissapeared The only positive is the bell boy went out of... Bad experience from front desk (made me wait too long, insisting that i pay upon check out when i want to pay upon check in). Wifi not free, that's horrible. Hotel is clean, location is awesome but its old and a bit ran-down. I am supposed to check in with E-Hotel but they are full so i have no choice... More

Wanted to stay close to Greenbelt, Makati and this is a good priced hotel. I would walk across the street and it is safe even at night. Close to restaurants too but availed of their breakfast because it is convenient and good enough. The people at the desk are friendly and helpful.

Quite large room with most tv channels blocked. Have seen better days but was ok time spent there. Opposite to Greenbelt only seems to be the best reason for it. Found it rather pricey specially with wifi added on top. Cockroaches seems to like racing around in the bathroom

The place is really good for its price, it was clean, the air con was super cold and location was perfect for shopping at Green Belt.. Joy was very helpful at the front desk and the bell boys took care off all the heavy work. For a fee you can get good wifi and catching a taxi in this location... More

We were on a 2-day business engagement within the Makati area and decided to book a hotel, instead of traveling daily to Makati to face the nightmarish metro traffic. Anyway, we booked our usual hotel in the area, but alas, there were problems with the airconditioning on our reserved room, and there were no other doubles they can offer as... More

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the huge Glorieta Shopping Mall, How can it call itself "Businessman's Hotel" when there is no free Wi-Fi? You also gets charged for every phone call you make or receive, even local ones. Should you decide to pay for Wi-Fi, be forewarned - - it is spotty. I have... More

“Choose a room facing Pasay road for a fairly good view. If possible, check the air-conditioning unit before choosing a room. Make sure it can keep the entire room cool. Check the ref and the lights.”

“Upon check-in, note that you have choices between rooms at smoking and non-smoking floors. Also mention if you like your room facing the road or the other side. For rooms facing the road, you can have a view of the street, the traffic, and the building in front as well as the shops but expect minimal traffic noise. I assume the rooms facing the other side do not have views but the wall of another building.”
