Such a charming place. Outside looks modern, inside it is a bit eclectic, with the decor, old news articles, posters, etc.

But front door is secure, biometrics or the staff let you in. The staff are friendly, responsive.

Outside - man, location jackpot. 10 minutes away or less from most of Makati CBD. You got a 7-11 next door, a pharmacy almost right across and a slew of really good places to eat just the whole stretch of the street - Whistlestop, One Deli, Sweet Ecstasy, Starbucks, etc.

Inside it was really spacious, and for the price I paid, I definitely got a lot more than I expected. Bed comfortable, A/C a bit of a slow starter but still good.

The washer and stove weren't working, and they don't provide toiletries, but all in all, a great place to stay.

The best thing about staying in a boutique hotel with just a few rooms is that you get the personalized service you crave whenever you are away from home. The staff are warm and tries to accommodate every quirk you may have. The rooms are beautiful and relatively spacious. The mini kitchen with its microwave is marvelously useful when you have babies and toddlers and limited number of bottles that constantly need sterilizing. We made the stay cheaper by buying takeouts (there's a Max right next door and a Mcdonalds at the next corner street) and eating in the hotel. Best of all, the hotel is far enough from the mall zone so you feel like you are part of the suburb yet near enough that family entertainment is just a few minutes taxi ride away. The only down side is the limited selection included in the "free" breakfast. But this is minimal fuss given the eating options nearby. This is actually a great hotel for business travelers but as you can see, even travelers with kids should have no worries.

I stayed for 7 nights and considering the rate I paid for standard room, I am rating this hotel at 4. I have stayed in otter luxury hotels in the vicinity in my previous visits which are expensive by 1000 pesos a day (US$13), so if this much overpay does not affect your budget, then do not stay in this hotel.

The hotel offers a personalized service and each of your request will be well considered with all respect and promptness. We asked to use swimming pool beyond operational hours and they readily accepted. We asked for a room change and they did not say even a single word.

Rooms: I would probably rate them at 2 in terms of size as most of the hotels ahve pretty big rooms in metro manila area but overall sleep quality was really good. Bathrooms had bath tub but suitable for children. Glass panel to cover bathtub from main area is a but of overdo as water keeps standing on the walls of the panel.

Interconnecting rooms are available.

Breakfast is a big dampner as there is hardly any choice. Same breakfast whole of 7 days. A bread roll, bread slices, jam, butter, cheese, banana, juice, tea & coffee. Egs to order but they use so much oil that I have to say goodbye to this option.

If you are a budget traveller, go ahead with this hotel else look for better one

Horrible Place to stay.My Japanese Business Partners and I booked here to stay for 3 night. I stayed there for 1 night only because of such a horrendous experience.
First of all, The Staff from the Front Desk were very rude. Not very helpful nor were they professional. The Room isnt what it looked like in the internet. We even saw cockroaches near the bed. We complained to housekeeping, and they did nothing about it. At night, the street outside was very traffic. very hard to get a taxi ride. the guard helping you hail a taxi, also expected tip for doing absolutely nothing. Their Location is not very ideal.
Checked out the next day.

Will never book here again. I was so ashamed to my business partners
This place needs a complete overhaul or just shutdown.

This is a clean, stylish, cozy and affordable hotel in the heart of Manila's Makati district. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms come with a kitchenette. The sleeping area is cozy but comfortable. Some decent bars are in walking distance. My only complaint: The continental breakfast is pretty limited. Overall: highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel overnight for a business trip in Makati. While this is not a 5-star hotel by any means, we stayed in a deluxe room and for the money found it to be a good value. The location is the key to this hotel, just off of Makati Avenue on Jupiter Street. Just a few minutes from Greenbelt and 15-30 minutes from the airport. While there are 5-star hotels in Makati, this is a good choice if you are on a budget.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The security staff was so helpful each time in getting us a taxi. They are always smiling and so nice.

The amenities are basic as are the rooms. The bathroom was OK and had a bathtub. The bed was comfortable enough. If you are staying and will be out of the hotel room most of your time, then this is a good choice.

If you are looking for a 5-star over-the-top hotel with world class amenities, then this is not your hotel. If you need to stay in Makati and are on a budget and trying to save money to spend on other areas of your trip, CEO Suites is an excellent choice.

Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok, typical hotel, might need some upgrades, but clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to all the restaurants in the Burgos vivid area. And also a little secluded, off the street noise when ready to hit the sack. The Army Navy for a quick meal is just steps away.

We have stayed at the hotel and the ambiance is very nice. It reminds me of European design with a touch of filipino taste. The receptionist is very helpful and also very accommodating. The room is very clean and very quiet. I was not expecting of a bath tub in my room which has a cold and hot shower as well. I will stay again next time im back in manila.

OK, let's start with the word 'suite'. Room is rather small with just double bed and minimal but adequate kitchen facilities. Decor overall shows they are trying, but non functioning air conditioner, partially functional radio and a shower that does not drain properly shows there is a way to go.

its a second review from me after 12 months and although the staff are lovely, the awkward bathroom design, awful Wi-Fi (hardly ever works) , TV was broke and AC would not reduce speed or temperature means I will try one of the many other hotels a 1 minute walk from this one. Its a shame really because the location is great and the staff try their best but some money needs to be invested in the resources, when this happens, I will give it another try..
